I went online to order myself a new iPhone, that said it was available at this store and that when I made an appointment, I could just come in and set it up that way. Sounds easy right? Nope. When I arrived there, they had no record that I had an appointment nor did they even have any iPhones available there. The best they could do was order me one, and wait the typical 3 – 5 business days to receive it, something I could of easily done online, from home instead of spending 30 minutes for them to even figure out if a have a phone and then figure out how to set me one up to receive one in the mail. It took two people to figure out how to set everything up for me… Just a waste of my time. They didn’t even try to offer to expedite it to make up for the troubles I went through, but nope, they did absolutely nothing for me. Worst customer service.
