5 stars!!! So happy to have this wonderful little place in town. We finally stopped in, after wanting to for months, and we were not disappointed. Lots and lots of amazing balsamic vinegars and olive oils; all of which you are encouraged to sample. Multiple sized bottles to choose from to have your choice of oil or vinegar filled. He also has a lot of great spices as well (we used the Ghost Pepper Salt on a chicken burger from Trader Joes tonight… Soo good and great heat!). Every single balsamic I tried was amazing, and I think I’ve bought more than half of them at this point. The prices are extremely reasonable, and the owner is so nice and helpful. I definitely recommend a stop in to this little gem of Stafford.

The gem of Stafford… and if you are not from the area come anyway! What a great little place — classy, homey, welcoming, and friendly. My go to spot for great gift baskets that are always a hit. Don’t miss the flavored salts and tapin peppers… YUM

This shop is the best. Love all the options of oils and vinegars. The owner Luis is great. One of my new favorite shops in town. So glad he opened up in town.
