Store is old but this 1 star review is about the pharmacy. Worst pharmacy period. You will wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. Even if you are the only person there. The old lady is incompetent and has 0 multitasking skills. Oh and she is by herself more often than not so that works out just great. Do yourself a favor and stay away

I was running out of supply of my last refill. Knew I was going to have to do without over the weekend cause I did not have enough time to get to the doc and kept forgetting to call his office. Rite-Aid’s automated system called me to inquire about and initiate contact with my doc… and I had my meds the next day after work. Yeah, CVS and Walgreen’s probably have something like this too, but I know Rite-​Aid does — and it works. Profitable for them? Sure — but shouldn’t THAT be how they’re making their money, taking care of customers?
