I waited 45 minutes before being called back to wait in the chair. Another 45 minutes later, they started my x rays. After that, I was asked to wait some more. For a routine cleaning? Who blocks out 3 hours of their time for a routine cleaning? I also forgot my postcard coupon at home and they told me to DRIVE HOME TO GET IT AND COME BACK! Seriously? Do people actually lie so they can use a dentist’s postcard coupon 6 times in 1 month for a cleaning?!
The other reviewer is right-the followup harassment is even more annoying than the office visit.

This place doesn’t deserve even 1 star. continuous harassment from staff to come for a follow up so they can get $. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They will sweet talk their way into ur pockets!!!

Initial visit and I’ve been sitting for 40 minutes while walk-ins without appointments have come and gone. The front desk keeps telling me they will get me in. More to come after the appointment, but my initial impression is not good!
Update: once I finally was working with the DDS staff, they were great! Very professional and, in my opinion, honest, which is important with dentists. Usually I’m skeptical about the suggested treatment, but not with this dentist. He backed every suggestion up with photo/x-Ray proof. Just the visit changed my rating from 1 star to 4. I will go back!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Rai and his staff. We were traveling along 95 when my tooth chipped while chewing gum. I found the closest dentist which was Dr. Rai and they were closing by time we could get there, but graciously allowed me to be seen. Dr. Rai did an excellent job on repairing my tooth, so much that it looked better than before. I was so lucky to have found him and will be back in the future, just hopefully under different circumstances. :)
