Mike was awesome! Came out to my home last minute to fix the damage Sean from Davis Plumbing and Heating (I do NOT recommend) did. I’d been out of hot water for a week dealing with Davis Plumbing. Teresa from Magic Plumbing answered the phone & was sympathetic to my problem. Teresa called me back immediately informing me someone will be at my house between 3pm-​5pm. Mike called me at 2:45pm letting me know he was on his way. Mike arrived at my house at 3pm. Mike diagnosed the problem immediately (a cut wire) which was fixed within 2 minutes. Mike & Daniel were professional, knowledgeable, wore gloves, explain the process to me, showed me the components of the hot water heater, repaired the damage! I have hot water &I’m one satisfied customer! I high recommend Magic Plumbing!
