I have mixed feelings about this company. When he did our home inspection he seemed to be very thorough and explained what he was doing and why very well. We received the inspection report on the same day and he even ran a recall report for all of the appliances in the home which my agent said is not common. What I didn’t like is that when my
agent and the listing agent tried to contact him with questions he never responded. It finally took me calling and asking the agent’s questions to get any kind of answer. What he said was that he didn’t respond because he thought what he said was self-​explanatory. I didn’t like that. Obviously it wasn’t self-​explanatory if they had questions.
