This music center recently went through a renovation. The new look makes the store look more open and they have more seats for their customers. Super friendly staffs. Pianos(for sale) are stationed toward the front of the shop. The receptionist area is in the middle. The waiting area and classrooms are in the back. They have complimentary WI-FI to make the waiting time more bearable. They offer individual and group lessons. Individual lessons cost more though. They offer lessons in guitar, drum, violin, and even voice! There is an annual administrative fee. I pay $ 109 for my little sister per month for her piano lessons. Lesson is once per week for 30 minutes. They offer lessons on Saturdays which is fantastic for working parents. If your child doesn’t want to do the recital towards the end of November/first week of December, then the teacher won’t force you. Depending on the teacher, he/she may offer to give you extra lesson time prior to that or just inform you that there won’t be lesson that week. Overall, I am fairly satisfied with the experience.

I bought my piano here several months ago. Before purchasing my piano, I reached out to my old teacher and asked her for some tips on buying. She told me to watch out if the sales person sits down to play, because they will use the pedal to make the piano sound even more grand than it normally would. I took my mom and told her about the tips I received, and sure enough the woman sat down to play and down went the pedal. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. The actual instrument and sale of the instrument were great. I have no complaints there. It was the moving of the piano that was a pain in my ass and i received downright rude service from the gentleman in charge. I was promised a late day delivery by the sale woman(«oh yes — no problem!») because I couldn’t get home until after 5. The piano mover calls to schedule it and says he can be there sometime between 11am-1pm. I asked for a late day delivery and he said that absolutely wasn’t possible because at the time their only location was in Stafford and would be heading back to the shop by then. It took two weeks after the promised delivery date to finally find a time and schedule it. Fast forward 4 months later when I’m moving apartments and need the piano moved as well. I called them because they were the most affordable and I couldn’t fathom paying much more than $ 100 to move a piano just a couple of miles, without any stairs involved. The gentleman who handles the moving service hung up on me when I was trying to give him directions and when I told him just to follow me to my new place, he turned the opposite way out of my apartment complex and showed up 15 minutes later than me at the new place. Maybe he was having a bad day or doesn’t enjoy his job, I don’t know. The service I received was embarrassingly rude and I will never use their moving services again.

My son has taken guitar and drum lessons here for several years and really loves it. The wonderful management like Doug, and the music teachers like Matt, are great! Unlike some music schools we visited, the staff here are professional and reliable. My son has become a gifted player and we really enjoyed tonight’s recital which is what made me think to finally review this business! They sell all instruments at a reasonable price, and are always happy to help. This is truly a full service music center!
