Dunkin’ Donuts

This is the only location in Stafford. I wish there was another option. I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts that can mess up a simple coffee order 9 out of 10 times. Again, today I went to DD for a cup of coffee, simple order (large coffee with cream and sugar) and again, the order was wrong.
The people who work there are not friendly. The owners are not friendly. They hardly ever get my simple coffee order right. After this last time I will not step foot in this place again.

Stale donuts even though they were purchased before 9am. Coffee was ¾ full. Not sure if we will give this location another chance.

Ok, so I know we’re talking about Dunkin’ Donuts, doughnut chain, simple, whatever. This is less about the food (which is fine, by the way) and more about the wonderful service I get on a regular basis … and the extraordinary service I received today.
My husband loves DD’s peanut doughnuts, which we can’t seem to find at DD’s close to Alexandria. (In fact, we’ve been told several times that DD doesn’t make them anymore.) I work in Stafford, and wouldn’t you know, they still make these as a manager’s special every day. So I usually stop in on Thursdays and pick up a couple.
Today, they were out. I asked if there was any chance they’d have some more anytime soon, because I was willing to stick around. There were no plans to make any more for the rest of the day, but the cashier checked with the baker and they made me a half dozen without hesitation. I didn’t even ask. It didn’t bother me because I’ve struck out on occasion before and gone home doughnut-​less, but the cashier made the extra effort to help me out.
It was such a simple thing, but considering how crazy my hubby goes for these EVERY SINGLE WEEK that I bring them home, it meant a lot.
I never have a bad experience here. Everyone is always delightfully helpful and nice. Today may have just made this my favorite DD EVER.

Popped in this morning @9am using a coupon from my local paper, the 6 donuts for $ 3.99 deal… I wish they had a drive-​thru but they don’t so I stopped inside. Outside was clean, inside was clean and of course busy in the morning so will not gripe over that.
In the case is milk with no prices marked so I ask «How much is the milk?» How you do not know how much milk cost that you sell and chose NOT to put price stickers on is beyond me but to then saunter over like I’m asking the price of lobster in a donut shop makes no sense! She started to ring up the costly milk $ 2 and I said «No, no I just want to know the cost» She said I know I have to scan it. No worries, just say so next time.
Then my order… «simple as ice»… 3 glazed 3 choco glaze and of course, after the first 3 she asked me again what I wanted. Okay no worries, I have short attention too. But then the cashier next to her said in Hindi which I happen to understand (they assumed since I am American I would not understand but my ex was Indian) «What’s her problem!» with a sneer on her face. I took my tiny donuts and of course wrote to corporate. And for sure won’t be going there again «bura»!
Hey if you need donuts, go and buy them, they are the ONLY ones on Garrisonville Rd. The customers seemed happy, but I don’t appreciate when people are so cowardly as to talk about you in your face in another language. They assumed I could not understand their rudeness. They don’t want my business, and I sure don’t NEED donuts! :) off to the treadmill.

I’ve bought donuts for work here for years and finally quit after getting fed up with the slow loss of quality over the years and the final straw was once a dozen donuts literally bounce around In the box now that they have shrunk the size so much. They are about ²⁄₃ the normal size now. Very sad.

Have been to this Stafford location for many years. Usually after you bought a medium or large beverage at Dunkin Donuts, you will get receipt to do a survey to get a free donut. I did and came back another day which is today 6÷23÷12 and the Indian owner lady denied me of it saying I have to buy a drink and donut together. I don’t think that is what it says on the receipt. She is either don’t know what she is talking or illiterate. I will never step in that store again on 610 store. I had got a free one before at this location and other stores and have never been told me that is what I have to do. If that is so, why didn’t they automatically give me a free donut when I purchase my drink.

Came for free donut day! Very clean store! My cashier, however, seemed to be having an off day. I can’t get too upset.
Anyways, I will be coming back here whenever that donut and iced coffee craving hits me!

I have always loved their coffee, even make it at home, but the new breakfast menu has made me a true fan, the croissant, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was terrific.
I would have given this one five starts, but the narrow restaurant layout causes service issues, but the staff tries very hard to overcome the physical limitations by buying courteous and fast.
