Horrible customer service! Stay away! I called for residential repair and the guy seemed okay. Told me once part came in they would return. I called them 3 weeks later, they claimed the part just came in! Then they didn’t show up on Friday as scheduled, no call or text! They showed up a few days later pep laced some deals and charged $ 109.00. The system was still leaking! It was the beginning of winter so I shut it down, called them beginning of June and waited around on a Saturday. They failed to show up again! Avoid DJs sprinklers!!!
