Cavalier Family Skating Centers USA

It’s a skating rink, and that’s rad. Nothing fancy, we’re not gonna be going there for the food, but how cool to have a skating rink in the near vicinity. My kids, husband and I all had a blast skating here. It’d be nice, though, if the skating direction was switched from time to time because one side can get a little tired constantly turning in the same direction. But we really liked it and will be back. Get your SKATE on, y’all!

No sinks in bathrooms to wash hands? had to go back into the skate rink area along the wall was a row of sinks. how gross, place was not that clean. Went there for a birthday party and the staff was rushing our host. I would not go there again.

Horrible. Wasn’t impressed the 1 time I went but my daughter really wanted to have her bday party there. I’ve been trying to call for a week. No one answers phone or responds to messages. I’ve sent emails with no reply. Finally I went in person only to stand for 10 minutes waiting. At this point, I wouldn’t give them my money if they paid me!

Celebrated a birthday, not a good experience bad service and the pizza looked old and burned.
First and last time there

I’ve been here twice on weekdays. Usually filled with a lot of kids but the weekdays are not bad. The area of skating is just a big circle. Nothing too fancy. The price is not bad either. If your looking for a casual skate with friends then this place is right for you but if you’re an extreme skater then try to find another place.

JUST NEVER GO THERE.
I only give this place one star because I was able to actually skate around in it.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced because there basically wasn’t any.
Got there and paid for the summer deal where you get pizza and a drink along with admission. Walked to get skates and not only were most of the skates broken when I was finally given them, but I literally stood in front of the desk for 10 minutes before having to find an attendant to help me out. Guess where the other attendant was; out on the rink skating around whilst texting, clearly oblivious to the fact that paying patrons where waiting to be helped.
After an hour of skating, I wanted to claim the food and drink I had previously paid for and again, there was no one at the food bar. I had to go and find a staff member 2 more times to help me and another third time to help out a person that I saw standing there waiting for assistance as well. And of course my pizza looked about a week old and was hard as a rock… what a waste of money. Needless to say, I’m deeply disappointed, will not be going back, and DO NOT RECOMMEND. Parents, please take your kids elsewhere. You don’t want to be feeding them cardboard while staff earn wages by sitting in a corner like a bag of rocks.

I love this place for my kids on a rainy day (or hot day or boring day). For less than $ 10, your kid gets in for as long as s/​he wants AND gets a skate rental and lunch. Parents don’t have to pay. The concession stand is very reasonably priced. Bring your quarters because there are video games.
Outside of money, the staff is friendly, the DJ takes requests and there are outlets to charge your phone/​computer. I often take a book and relax while the kids skate. They also play games and have contests with the kids.
The only thing I’d change is that I wish the bathrooms were a bit more updated.
