Sea Pak Shrimp Co. Makes a fine product. I’ve been buying it at Costco for 5 – 6 years. The frozen shrimp scampi is better than many I have had in restaurants costing 3 – 4 times as much for a single serving. Not the best scampi I’ve ever had but well worth the price. How to look like a chef with only fry cook skills in 9 or 10 easy steps! #1 Go to Costco, get a hot dog first, so you won’t be «hungry shopping» sample all the crap they have, don’t buy any of it. #2 Go to frozen aisle. Get the following, Wings O Fire, Sea Pak Scampi, move to meat aisle and pick up a 2 pack previously frozen pork ribs, one rotisserie chicken then get the hell out before you spend another hundred bucks on stuff you don’t really need. #3 Put your stuff away in the freezer, shread the R. chicken for later, bag & freeze. #4 Empty ½ a box of Sea Pak Shrimp Scampi into a bowl. #5 Heat up a big ol’ pot of water for linguine noodles. #6 Dice 1 tomato, 1⁄3 onion, 5 cloves garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup white wine. #7 Toss ½ box of noodles into now boiling water. #8 Add onion, garlic to pan(med heat) cook 2 min, add 2+ tsp red pepper flakes, wine, and bowl o shrimp cook on medium. Stir couple times. #9 After 9 – 10 min check noodles, toss one at wall if someone is watching so you look cool and appear like you know what you are doing. #10 Drain nood’s, scoop some of the shrimp and sauce onto them… EAT! OK you now have mad skills… enjoy!
