The tenant and i had a meeting with the manager and the tenant confirmed her household income and occupants at the meeting. the tenant stated there was two adults and one more teenage child that later moved in the apartment. the tenant stated that she had a full time position at the police department and attended college and that two of her daughters works at a job and attended college too. now how is this possible the household can make this high amount of income and still be able to live in a rent restricted base income housing? the manager showed no compliance to the issues of the chaos and extreme, violent, loud, behavior of the tenant above. the manager and wrh staff plays mind games, along with the tenants here.
