The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 isnt this store and certainly not Carl Aarons, but T-​mobile online help= 1 star… T-​mobile online could not do anything for me after hours online as I did not have a phone. I walked into the Tyrone square store to cancel my service after 11 years and ran into Carl Aarons who solved all my issues in about 10 minutes. T-​mobile you need this guy to train your social media people as they are awful.
