Sustainable Tree Care

These guys did an amazing job on my property. Everything was overgrown and had not been worked on in 10+ years, I have been hesitant to hire someone to trim my trees, but the owner is very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away– I knew my trees would be in good hands. They showed up when they said they were going to, cleaned up after themselves and the owner came back later in the week to walk through with me and make sure I was happy with the work. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I contacted Sustainable and met with Bill on ²⁄₂ 2016, we looked over the trees and afterwards I signed their paperwork which gives them the ok to do the job i found out. DO NOT SIGN THE PAPERWORK, this gives them the ok to do the job at anytime.
Bill told me that he would call by Friday ²⁄₅ by 1800 to set up scheduling. Yesterday (²⁄₉) I was working extra shift at my hospital (left home at 1000 got home at 2340), I was called by him at 0950 and no VM left and didn’t pick up call. At 1322 I got an email from them about a dump form with wrong address typed in by them to allow brush to be removed. I never signed it, at 1506 I emailed them and said I wasn’t I wasn’t doing the job and at 1800 got a VM from Bill that job was done already. I wasn’t there to see job done nor my wife. This morning ²⁄₁₀ at 0850 I called and spoke with Bill and told him I was very disappointed that scheduling wasn’t set up and he didn’t call to set time up like should have happened on Friday the 5^th. He said, «I’ve been busy». He said can I come by and pick the check up today (²⁄₁₀)?? I said you will get it eventually and told him that I will tell everyone about the way it was handled.

These guys did a great job at a reasonable price, and were extremely friendly, prompt, and easy to work with. They have good advice on the health of various trees in my yard (even discouraged me from removing some that could remain healthy for a little longer despite some pest damage. They cleaned up everything very nicely, and even did a little extra trimming of the palms that we had not discussed (but they asked first).

They did a GREAT job! We had a pine tree removed and our other trees trimmed. Bill is GREAT to work with and they made such a mess, when they were all done, there was no trace of them ever being there! They picked up beautifully and my trees look so much better! Thank you guys for all your hard work!
