I will have no one else other than Michelle at Skin Deep work on my face. She is a Registered Nurse and a real healer. I’m not sure if this was a one-​time fluke that was simply a consequence of my less-​than-​superb luck, but either way I am pretty disappointed. After reading the excellent reviews, and seeing the great prices for their services as well as a perfect location, I was eager to stop by for a wax. I called ahead a few times to try and set up an appointment only to hear the phone ring and ring and go to voicemail. I didn’t think much of this figuring they must be with a client, so I stopped in. But, the door was locked. Even the hairstylist of the salon sharing their space was bewildered where the technicians were, as it was well past their open business hour, with no explanation why they were closed. So, I went to Nouvelle and this spa lost my business. Not a very good first impression to say the least, and not sure I will return to give them a second chance seeing as Nouvelle offers the same rates and is much more reliable.

Top notch Spa. Michelle is extremely professional and experienced. The staff really values their clients and goes above and beyond.
I would recommend this spa 100%. Best facial and waxing I have ever had! Plus, the boutique is perfect for personalized gifts and they even wrap it for you!

I was looking for a unique present for my girlfriend! This shop has so many different items. My only trouble was, which item do I get! The staff was very friendly! I will definitely go back again.
