Ray’s Vegan Soul catered an event related to my work. The food was absolutely delicious. I was really impressed with the pleasing textures and flavor. The vegan «chicken» was tender and not rubbery. The seasonings were interesting and had just the right combinations to complement and not overwhelm the food. The yummy mac and cheese was a bit hit. The sauce with the chickpeas smoothly complemented the rice. I love greens with kick and Ray’s greens were wonderfully spicy. And the dessert — pineapple upside down cupcakes. Let’s just say, I ate a few! It’s so much fun to eat food that tastes as good as it is good for you. Well done, Ray’s Vegan Soul.

Rays Vegan Soul was at the 2015 Localpalooza in St.pete. It was the most popular food vendor there by far! I’m not surprised that they ran out of their cashew mac n cheese (9 pans) within hours. Everyone was raving about it. I had mac n cheese (yum), potatoes salad (it had curry-​deeeeeelllicious), quinoa burger, collards, and corn bread. Really well priced and very tasty. If you see them at an event, run and order the mac n cheese!
