Woooo, this store is a hot mess. I should have known from the near empty parking lot. We walked around and browsed for about an hour in this massive store, but did not see anything worthwhile to purchase.
Never approached by any of the sales associates with a greeting or asking if we needed assistance. There were two talking very loudly about their personal lives in the women’s section though. Clearance sections were easy to find by the huge signs but man, you would really have to dig through to find anything. Sizes did not match what section of the rack they were on, hangers were incorrect, and racks where just crammed full of stuff to the point where you couldn’t slide them on the hangers. I know it’s clearance and hard to keep organized, but maybe put the stuff on more racks so it’s easy to browse through?
Everything else in the regular clothing sections was organized but not a lot of selection/​variety. We were wandering around the kitchen section for a while looking for a price on a specific item but couldn’t find it. Not an employee in sight to ask. Honestly, I haven’t been inside a Kohl’s in years, are all of the stores like this now?

If Kohl’s had a Kohl’s Tour Bus, my wife would be the Guide. She loves all Kohl’s stores, the selection, prices and discounts, and always does a great job with her purchases at Kohl’s. She also has convinced her friends to give it a try, and they normally agree this is the place to go.
This store location seems bigger than many, and is as bright, clean and well organized as all we have visited. The staff are very helpful and make it even more of a pleasure to shop at Kohl’s.

So I’ve come here a few times, each time gets worse.
A lot of the cashiers sit there and talk about their personal lives in front of customers, and I saw one lady begging to get a credit from a customer.
The clothing choices have gotten fewer, but hopefully as a new season comes, so will the better clothes.
Not sure I will shop at this location again.

The store is always clean and organized. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I generally shop their clearance items and find AMAZING deals! If you sign up online they email you coupons very frequently so it makes the deals even better!

This was a typical Kohl’store. My wife and I went in to return a few things and spend a free $ 10 we got from Kohl’s for my birthday. The service desk workers were friendly and the store was arranged in a reasonable manner.
One thing I did notice about this store was that the men’s clearance racks seemed to be overloaded with XL and above. That makes finding great deals for me a bit of a challenge… and I do love a good challenge…

Rude customer service clerk. Rude cashier. Acted like they were doing me a favor. I worked in customer service for 15 years and know full well that if it weren’t for the customer, I wouldn’t have that job. Both of the women who served me were senior citizens, but that doesn’t mean they need to be crusty old curmudgeons. I was as nice as could be to both of them and all I got was smart remarks in return. I only went to this location because it was close to my office. I will go back to Brandon from now on, THEY know how to treat their customers!

Here’s the deal with Kohl’s…get their credit card and you become eligible for the coupons. So if you buy something and get the $ 10 cash back deal, then go back when you can spend it and use your 30% off coupon, stuff is practically free. I can’t imagine how they are going to stay in business, but I’m on board as long as they’re around!

If you have a Kohl’s charge card you will get better savings mailed to you every week. Things always seem like they are on sale but we know that prices are marked up too high to begin with. That’s why I won’t go in with out an extra 25% off card that they mail out. I like going to Kohl’s for their household items more than anything. Although I’m in my 40’s I like the selection of clothing they have her for Young Miss buy they run very small. The selection they have for «older woman» are very frumpy and out of style.

Took a look at the merchandise, nice stuff, mid-​priced. Not sure what store to compare it to. Much better than Sears, perhaps along the line of J.C. Penney?
They have quite a selection of clothing for men. nice summer shorts but, again, I’ve seen some of the things priced lower at Walmart, Ross, etc.
My main focus was getting an application from customer service. There was a line there and one woman running it. She worked fast and efficiently however, always saying thank you to the customer she was dealing with. I liked what I saw.
