I went in with a mess from a different Verizon retailer, and the employees and manager at this store spent over 2 hours getting my existing phone problems settled, with absolutely no side motive for themselves. I have now been here multiple times, and they are honest and straight forward with their customers. Great service. I will be back, and a HUGE thank you for all of your help. I would highly recommend this retailer to anybody.
