Awful customer service! Don’t do business with this company! I ordered 5000 postcards several times from them. In the beginning they were good and I didn’t have any issues. The last 2 orders though I was missing postcards. The first order it was just a small amount– around 30. When I talked to customer service they said they would give me a credit towards my next order. It wasn’t much, but at least I was getting a credit. When I placed the second order they had no notes or mention of that credit– since it was such a small amount I didn’t stress over it and went ahead and placed the order. The second order I placed was short 163 postcards. When I talked to the company they said that they could only give me a discount towards future orders and that their terms and conditions specify that there could be a +/​-​5% difference between what is ordered and what is received. Why would I place another order when I’ve received less postcards than what I ordered multiple times? I’ve used several printing companies, but I chose Fast Color Printer because of their price. Beware! You get what you pay for. This printing company is no good and I will never ever use them again.

I am really surprised by all the negative reviews! I have used them twice so far. Received support throughout the process and my product as expected. Their customer service is wonderful and the price is really good compared to other companies. If you submit your own artwork you get proofs to approve and you can make as many changes as necessary for free. The quality of printing is good for the price, not the best if you have a high end project but great for EDDM mailings, tradeshow handouts, or budget projects.

Buyer beware! Don’t use this company whatever you do! The first time, their machines broke down and I had to meet my deadline by having my client go to the airport to pick up the postcards. Second time, they altered my artwork without mentioning it and so you have to be really careful since they won’t tell you they’ve done this so you will never know what to expect. I’d suggest other printers where I’ve had more luck like Staples and Fedex.

Bad business, I’ll never use them again. Would give 0 start if I could.
I talked to two of their personnels before decided to work with them to print and mail my postcards for a time sensitive project. Both of them were pretty nice and promised fast printing with extra pay and timely mailing out my postcards. After the all payments were made, they became unpatient. Two days after the schedualled mailing date, I had not received the receipt from post office that they promised sending me. So I gave then a call to followup, after a long hold on the phone, they told me «they are out today»!! When I ask for the receipt from the post office, they said it was not available!
Basically this project was ruined by their delay. Neither what they declare on the web e.g. the turnaround time nor what they promise on email/​phone is trustworthy. Be cautious working with them!

Terrible company to deal with. They are ALL over you at the beginning of the sales process… once they have your c/​c #, they put up the closed sign. We absolutely had NO satisfaction w/​their service.
Call center is manipulating.

Highly unreliable! Good customer service but fails in production. Fast Color Printer of St Petersburg, FL missed a critical shipping date and the order arrived too late to use. We set up printing and agreed to a delivery date provided I would not make changes to the proof. It took longer to get me the proof than they thought so they offered to ship via a faster option so it would arrive only 1 day late. I agreed to this and rescheduled at my end. The shipping department failed to do the upgrade and it will arrive 4 days late, too late to mail out the third and final critical piece of a 3 mailing set. The two errors ruined the whole shipping. Print quality on the other two pieces was fair to good. There was some «bubble» like spots on about a third of the second order.

Do NOT order from them! I ordered a poster and they charged me $ 8 for the design fee. They said they would put a rush on the order and the design would be finished by the end of the day. Two days later, I call back and they say, it is going to be $ 385 for the design fee!!! and they could not get it to me by the date I wanted. So my whole project was ruined and the reputation of my company! They made no apologies… maybe they will when I take them to small claims court. I have also contacted the BBB as have the dozen people that work for my company.

Ask for Lauren. Shes a Gem. Perfect customer service skills and highly ethical. I will work with her again and again.

Not even worthy of one star, based on the unprofessionalism of Michelle today on the phone. WOW. It was jaw-​dropping. And since my company records all phone calls, you don’t have to take my word for it. I have a recording of the call.
Of course, I have demanded a call back from management, which has not come. So I went and found they are also listed with an F on the BBB and have horrible Unilocal reviews. I was about to give them a $ 2,000 printing order.
Thankfully, Michelle was so horrible before the sale, that I got saved.
Do yourself a favor. Steer clear of companies that don’t value customers. They are clearly a high volume phone room and spammer who try to pick low hanging fruit from unethical business practices.
Just my opinion. But I can back it up with recordings of my phone call with them.

I work in marketing for my small non-​profit. After reading their reviews on Unilocal and elsewhere, honestly, I was skeptical of using their service. However, their prices were literally one fifth of that of using local printers to make tri-​folded, color brochures on high quality magazine-​type paper. So, I decided to try them anyway and only put in a small batch order to see how things went.
I choose all the bottom of the line options (slowest shipping, cheapest timeline, etc.). And I received exactly what I ordered; no surprises; way ahead of scheduled time estimates; at a price that was one fifth of using the competitors I shopped around.
I would recommend Fast Color Printer to anyone seeking high-​quality brochures.

Would have given them no stars if possible.
Received my order and it was not close to what I thought was ordered. (especially since I spoke to them on the phone when I ordered them)
I politely asked them to send me the correct sized brochures and I would pay the difference. They refused over and over again.
Luckily I used my gold Amex and turned it over to them to dispute.
Cant believe they would not make my order right instead of me having to post this. BEWARE.

Horrible service horrible quality. Worst printing experience I’ve ever had. I sent over art work finished and was contacted by Ashley only to tell me that she /​they could not use my art for printing. Sold me on using them said it would take 1 to 3 days to have art proof back. On day 4 I was contacted and told that the picture sent over could not be used, sent more art work over. On the following Monday 5 business days later I received a proof. Very simple request of 7 lines of type on a two sided post card with a logo, even though I supplied the font and effect to use they didn’t even take time to look at it and sent me garbage. After 7 corrections we were finally at somewhat of a resemblance of what I set originally. I asked for firm stock and a high gloss finish with colors that looked pleasing to the eye. I received a flimsy NO GLOSS dull post card. Worst printing experience I have had in over 30 years of dealing with printing companies. Don’t get caught up in the low price fast turn around promises by this company, I am 100% disappointed and will be either be throwing away these post cards and buying quality or getting a refund. Would NEVER deal with this company again.

I am a paint contractor. We decided to do a post card mailing to new home owners on a weekly basis. I found a vendor that would give me a weekly list, on average it would be between 300 – 400.
I reached out to Fast Color to fulfill the printing and mailing of the campaign. I was told the cost would be $ 161 for the printing of 5000 post cards and a one time fee of $ 100 for the ink jetting the addresses plus postage.
The plan was to print 5000 cards and reprint as needed. My total cost for printing, addressing, postage as well as the purchase of the list from the 3^rd party worked out to .38 cents each. I made my decision to go forward based with the program based on this pricing.
In the forth week by customer account rep, Michele called me to inform me she has made a mistake and the $ 100 charge was actually to be incurred every week, not one time. That increased the total cost of my program by 100%. This was told to be after three weeks not to mention after I had 5000 cards printed, committed to buying 5000 addresses and also geared up my operations for the increased business.
I told them they could not do this since I went forward with everything based on the original quote. I suggested that they should honor the quote for the 5000 cards that were printed, it would not be good business to do otherwise.
She had to put me through to a gentleman named Scott, He offered me two choices;
1 — He offered to do it for $ 50 a week. Not a good option since that would increase my costs by 50%, from the quote they gave me.
2 — He also offered to refund me the cost of the printing of my cards on a prorated basis. The problem in that for me is I am still committed to buying the addresses and I am also counting on the campaign to help me in the all important paint season of summer.
Scott also indicated to me he was going to fire Michelle as soon as he hung up on the phone with me. I asked to speak to the owner and he replied «the owner does not take calls from clients».
I realize Michelle made a mistake, that happens to all of us. I made a decision to go forward with using Fast Color based on her pricing, I made a commitment as did they.
Great companies make mistakes but it is how they react to their mistakes that make them great. Scott offered a suggestion that I charge $ 50 more a week to make up for the mistake. I find his customer service skills laughable.

I placed a printing order for brochures with artwork that I provided. I emailed the account rep (Michelle) to confirm the order and my printing size requirements. She allowed the order to be printed without responding to my clear directions on the size requirements. The order was printed wrong and they only offered $ 100 credit toward future orders. My order was over $ 250 and what I received was completely useless. I cannot recommend anyone to use this company as they do not stand behind their service.
