I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s several times now, and it has always been excellent. Today I tried ordering online in advance and picking up at the drive-thru — it was so easy! You could even custom order your sandwich toppings and they wrote our first names on each sandwich. I wish they would open at 11 a.m. instead of 11:30 a.m., but a while ago I arrived before they were open, they were very nice and served me anyway. Edit: It says on this website that they are open at 11 a.m., but when I ordered online today, the JJ website said 11:30 a.m., so I don’t know what’s right.

Fair. The food is usually good. Service is usually a little slow and double check the order before you leave the drive thru.

DONOTCATERFROMHERE. We love Jimmy Johns but this particular store failed on all aspects of catering our party including using a bait and switch tactic on their pricing. We were asked to come in a day or two before the party to order in person and make sure our cater order is correct rather than do over the phone. We did this and even had dinner there on Thursday while looking over the cater menu we found on the counter by the cash register. After making our selections we went back to the counter to put our order in only to find out they pulled a classic Bait and Switch tactic on the pricing. The menu showed the 30 piece trays for $ 44 each and when we checked out they charged us $ 49 a tray! The manager there would not honor the advertised listed price and refund us the difference even though it was on their menu on the register counter. They said the system is always right and the flyer must be out dated. On Saturday my 6 month pregnant wife went to go pick up our order of two 30 piece trays for the party. When she returned home she said the staff was so rude nobody helped her load the trays in her car or even so much as offered to hold the door open for her. Very unprofessional guys! I brought the food into our home and began setting it up with the other dishes for our party and found that there were no condiments included! They forgot all the mustard, mayo, etc. Our guests were starting to arrive so I called the store and asked that they send their driver with these items right away; we are a 10 minute drive away. They told me we are out of their delivery range and could not do this. I then spoke to a manager who also told me the same thing. I proclaimed to her that we were not trying to make an order for delivery but they screwed up our order and they needed to make it right. She then told me the owner would call me back in a few minutes. The owner did call me back in about 20 minutes. What an unprofessional, arrogant guy he was. He told me the same thing the manager just told me with no apology for messing up our party or any remedy to help. He just rudely insisted on his policy and spoke over me like I was the one who messed his order up. All he wanted to say was they will not help us over and over. After explaining my situation a second time the owner told me to be quiet and listen to him he will not help us. I also run my own business and when a customer has a problem I will personally run out to help. I guess some business owners just don’t care about the individual customers. I’m new to this area and the party was for a housewarming for our new home. All 28 guests were informed of what happened and none of us will ever shop at this store again. Nothing against Jimmy Johns themselves, I will just be finding a different store when I eat there. So you’ve been warned, don’t use this location.

Decided to give this chain a try after all of their slick advertising but that was all that was slick. All the hype for a very bland sandwich that you could not get customized. Will take my appetite and $ to a Bellacino’s next time.
