Burgers were good. Service okay. We came here with the kids while on vacation. The drinks were alittle pricey but the location of this restaurant is great and was walking distance from where we were staying.

After reading reviews we were excited to try. However the night started out with the worst margarita ever. After asking the bartender about the drink he had a total attitude. I guess we should of know to order a beer. Horrible margarita. Next they were out of a certain beer we tried to order and then onions rings. Service was SO slow… so slow! Food was ok. If your looking to just grab a beer then I would say it’s a good spot.

This restaurant is the worst one that I have been to on St. Pete Beach. My table waited over an hour for our food. We were told three times that«it was on its way.» We ultimately had to cancel our order and were told by the management that it was our fault that we didn’t get our food because we were a large party. The manager was completely unprofessional by stating that.

Very good burgers, although the fries usually seem old.

I dream of their shrimp tacos and fries, can’t wait for vacation next fall so that I can go again. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful in selecting food and drinks. It is a relaxed atmosphere with yummy food and a good selection of local beer.

This is s great place if you aren’t in a hurry and are happy to relax outside and enjoy a ball game. The staff is nice but unfortunately, they battle a very slow back of the house kitchen staff. I find it odd that when your specialty is burgers, it takes an hour to get one. Once the food did arrive, it was OK. The onion rings and fries were the highlight of the evening while the blue cheese burger and BLVD burger were average at best.

Went to the Boulevard Burger and Taphouse. The menu sounded great. The food was ok. It is dog friendly, so am I, but after talking to the manager about a dog on a chair and paws on the table as well as its backside. I am am local and will not go back. No regard for Fl. Statutes as far as regulations go for animals eating at the same table as humans. He said it was my problem. Too bad, locals do matter!

It’s a nice little bar off of Gulf Blvd. The beers are flowing and the service is stellar. The bartender let us try samples of different IPA’s, and they were all very good. The prices are about average and the food is good. Definitely has a tropical/touristy vibe to the place. Good place to stop and throw back a couple.

I came here on a Wednesday night with a group of 15. They were pretty crowded already and only had 1 server for the first hour we were there. To her credit she was very nice and friendly, albeit a bit slow. I ordered an old fashioned and it looked like no other OF I have ever had. It was a clear/pink tinged liquid and it tasted like sugar water. There was not even a hint of whiskey. I asked the server what went in in and she said whiskey and bitters. There was no way that was right. She kindly allowed me to get a beer instead. My friends Moscow mule was also very watery. I had the shrimp tacos. They were pretty bland. The shrimp were large though. The burgers looked a lot tastier, so I would recommend sticking to burgers and beer for future costumers!

Came on taco Tuesday and didn’t even realize it. Shrimp taco was underwhelming, but the burger was amazing! Bartender(Morgan) was great and the atmosphere is nice. I would definitely come back.

This is a review for their Sunday brunch. We were spending the weekend at the Alden Suites across the street. Their website didn’t have a menu for brunch but we were intrigued since they had a jazz band playing. So we decided to give it a try. We were afraid their jazz band was going to be more ‘smooth jazz’ with a duo on a keyboard(as we have encountered at other places). We were very pleased to find out that wasn’t the case here. The band was great. They were playing Monk and Miles. nice! We seated ourselves and were greeted promptly. I chose the Enzo(if I recall correctly) omelet, which was mozzarella and roasted red peppers. The red peppers didn’t taste fresh but rather the kind from the jar. I also had hash browns and texas toast, which were ok. Next time, I think I’d try their pancakes. I saw some go by and they looked really good. I had a mimosa which was only $ 2. My boyfriend had a bloody mary($ 3) which he said was ok. It tasted like it was from a mix, but he said that is fairly common. If my review was based purely on our food, it probably would’ve been a 3, but I’m basing it on the total experience there. I’d definitely go again and try something else. It also looks like a great spot to grab a beer and watch the game. We were impressed that they have a lot of local beer. Side note: They are pet friendly. I wish I would’ve brought my dog with us instead of leaving him in the hotel room.

Been to Boulevard Burgers a couple of times(one visit wintertime and one visit summertime). Each time our food and drink was good. Burgers, stuffed burgers, fish tacos, bbq bleu chips, local craft beers. Staff always friendly. It’s mostly outdoor so wintertime weather is very nice, summer not so much.

This is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a long time. My fiancé and I decided to come here for dinner and were really excited about finding a burger place since we were new to town. We showed up and sat outside since it was a bit cooler out. Our server greeted us promptly and brought our drinks and it was downhill from there. She kept disappearing for long periods of time and it took foreverrrrrr to get a drink refill. Food also took forever to come out. It also took forever for our check to arrive. In fact, it wasn’t even our server who brought the check. Now it’s one thing to have food take forever to make and then at least have it be piping hot, but this was not the case. Our food not only took forever to come out, but it tasted as though it had been sitting in the back for a while. Our burgers were lukewarm at best and so were the fries. The burgers were underseasoned and bland. The fries had potential but they were cold so I can’t be sure. I think this place is poorly managed. We noticed that what appeared to be the manager kept standing around not doing much and then telling employees to do random things that just kept making service slower — not a good sign of leadership. We are disappointed after spending $ 40 on dinner and not enjoying it. Don’t think we’ll be back and I think two stars is being extremely generous.

Awesome food, cold drinks. We had a great time here. They had the Bawdy Boys playing here. Anyone who had the Bawdy Boys playing live is going to get 5 stars from us! Best burger in Pinnellas county!

Just drank here so I can’t really comment on the food. But the service was slower than most Florida drivers. Nice outdoor patio though, right on Gulf Blvd. and the best part is, just a short drive from Vito and Michael’s! I’d go back and try the food. Even though the reviews on here are scary, it kind of looked good. Of course, head cheese would look good after a day of drinking.

The burgers and sweet potato fries are amazing. I never eat a whole burger. Here, I do! Service is great and they have a lot of the local beers. Made right in the area. My only issue is the music is so loud the waitress had a hard tiimd hearing us and we really could not have a conversation. Very small area for such loud volume. Excellent burgers!

I like that you can get any burgers in a wrap. The beer selection is decent. I have had a good bartender who was quick and friendly, a frat boy looking one who came very late for a shift as the staff was all discussing, and a cute woman who could not even look at me during my order as she was gazing into the eyes of my loud, more attractive dining partner. This is a fine option when other places are busy or if you want to watch sports outside on the deck but not a place where you will crave the burgers and go back for more.

My original review of this place was a low three stars, but they’re trying hard and may get a bump to four stars soon. As of fall 2015, they’ve added a Sunday brunch with a live jazz band and free mimosas, so that is definitely helping their case. Their burgers started our reasonable but have been trending upward over the past six months, they’re often what I’d call pretty good in fact, there are just some other aspects that are a bit lacking. For burgers in and around St Pete Beach, this comes in at number four for me, behind Engine #9(not on the beach), Willy’s and Jackie’s Bistro. The other ingredients always seem fresh and tasty as do the fried side options, especially the tater tots which always come out hot and crispy. Their outdoor area overlooks Gulf Blvd so there’s a little opportunity for people watching as tourists come and go from their hotels. There’s also an outdoor pool table which is a unique feature. If you are a tourist, you’ll probably find their pricing attractive, especially if you’re staying at the Tradewinds across the street, whose on-site restaurants are not cheap. Outside of taste, the burgers are priced high from a locals perspective. They range from about $ 11 to $ 15. That’s Engine #9 prices, but Engine #9 burgers are far better, so I always feel disappointed when I get the check. Additionally, at least half the time I’ve visited, the servers forget to ask what temp you want, and if you don’t remember to specify it unprompted, you could end up eating something not cooked the way you like. On my most recent visit, the outside bartender started asking me if I wanted to try any of the other beers when my current beer was about half way gone. I said sure, thinking she was just being friendly and helpful. I tried a few, didn’t like them more than the St Pete Brewing Orange Wheat that I was currently drinking for the first time, so I said I think I’ll stick with this. She brings me another. I’m thinking well that’s kind of weird considering I haven’t finished the beer I have, but then it all starts to make sense. Another bartender shows up about 90 seconds later and I’m brought the check; it was shift change time and she apparently wanted to pad her tip by selling me another beer before closing me out. Pretty junior varsity move there; I won’t name names though as I don’t like calling people out unless they really screw something up bad. The reason I go here sometimes as opposed to the other options, is it’s right across the street from the beach, it has liquor and it’s easy to drive to due to the large amount of parking. They have a full liquor bar and 16 taps, but the beer variety is honestly not that impressive. About a third of that is your typical domestic mainstream brews, and they may have another ten beers in bottle form; most of the cooler is domestic mainstream again. Prices are high on the drink side of the house as well; I last visited at 3pm on a Thursday and a pint of St Pete Brewing Co’s Orange Wheat was $ 5. That brewery is all of 8 miles away. In any case, a burger and beer for one and you’re already going to be over $ 20 so that’s just a little too much for me, which is why I often go to other places.
