I received a call at work that there were flowers delivered to my home and left outside the front door. By the time I was able to pick up the voicemail, it was 30 minutes after the delivery. I called the delivery man back and thanked him for the call and also asked if he was still in the area if he would mind putting the flowers at the back door instead. He said it was no problem and circled back to my house to do this. Wonderful customer service. When I opened the arrangement, it was GORGEOUS as well. Thank you!

Received a scrawny, half wilted, sorry attempt at the actual arrangement that I ordered. I literally cried when I saw it. It was a gift for our assistant and I couldn’t give it to her, it looked so bad.

Was not pleased at all with the bouqet that was sent, the difference from the advertised picture was blatantly a ripoff, 64 $ for half a dozen roses or so, in a vase, I would not order from this florist in the future…

Chenoweth Floral did my wedding flowers, and I absolutely loved them! Adam was so nice and so easy to work with. I told him my color scheme and he took it from there. You can really trust him to do a good job. He did an amazing job with the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and centerpieces! On the day of the wedding, we even noticed that Adam included an additional complimentary flower bouquet for the sweetheart table my husband and I sat at. It was a lovely surprise and made our table look great! The price of everything was so much less than other floral shops that do wedding flowers — I got a lot more flowers for the amount of money I spent compared to a place like Bachmann’s or other flower shops, especially considering they were wedding flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother’s Day. Every time I called to check when they would be there the time got later and later. They first say it should be there by 6 that evening then it switched to 8/8:30… They never showed up. Call this morning at 9:45 (they open at 9) and their phone system says they are still closed.

This place is just amazing.!! The flower arrangements are always beautiful as they truly put their heart into what they do and don’t cut corners, they make every single arrangement beautiful whether its 10.00 or 50.00 they do their best. Whether it is in advance or last minute! They treat every customer special! The prices are very reasonable as well. As a single mom, when I want to treat myself to a something nice I go pick up a bouquet at Chenoweth! Thanks for years of amazing service and beautifiul flowers! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

If you order via 1800flowers in the Minneapolis location… there is HUGE chance you will be getting an arrangement from these HACKS… or in my case… you will NOT be getting the flowers you ordered. Several hours of phone complaints, a ruined xmas eve, and no effort to make any sort of resolution a priority on the florists part. This is the first and last time I order through 1800flowers and will never consider Chenoweth Floral for any floral needs.

I received a beautiful Christmas arrangement in a decorative sleigh from a very good customer of mine. When it arrived, I noticed one of the sleigh’s runners was broken off. Not wanting to make a fuss, we glued the broken piece in place anxious to share the arrangement with our other customers. After Christmas, I called Chenoweth and told them of the broken sleigh. I didn’t expect anything, just wanted them to know how it arrived. To my surprise and delight, not only were they willing to replace the sleigh, but shipped it directly to me. At best, they might have offered to exchange it had I brought it to their business. Instead, it was SENT to me, no questions asked. I leaned a valuable lesson about customer service today. Big kudos to Chenoweth!

A M A Z I N G!!! Adam is the manager and he and his team have gone above and beyond for all of my flower arrangements! I was obsessed with my first one so I’ve ordered three more since then. They are extremely educated and I cannot express how perfect these flowers look when they arrive at your door. Picture perfect would be the closest thing to describe them! Order your flowers now because you won’t regret it!!! Soo pretty!

I used Chenoweth Floral for my November 13 wedding this year, I could not have asked for more beautiful arrangements. I rolled into the store with only a vague idea of what I wanted (and with absolutely ZERO knowledge regarding anything plants/​flowers, Vickie created an idea for me in minutes, in budget, and absolutely beautiful.
My bouquet alone is still making me smile, as it sits now in a vase in our new home.

I have been going to this garden center for the past 6 or so years, and have always had great service and have purchased high-​quality annuals, vegetables, and perennial. They have slightly unusual annuals, a good selection of heirloom tomato plants, house plants, perennials, and the typical fixings of most run-​of-​the-​mill garden centers. What separates them from their competition, in my opinion, are their prices and their service. The people that work there are incredibly knowledgeable. They often run various sales throughout the gardening season, so it pays to return fairly often.
