Zayna’s Hookah Lounge

Judging by its interior you would have never guessed this place serves hookah. The hookah is horrifying, this is the place to go with someone U hate. :p
The bar is total random and the interior table seating is completely setup wrong.

Honestly it’s a pretty average hookah bar for where it’s located. The interior is pretty terrible: random tables here and there, a few couches, awful color scheme, but all that isn’t really THAT important. The staff was pretty friendly, kinda hard to tell who worked there and who was just hanging out with the employees at the front of the shop. Hookah was decent, not crazy good flavor/​smoke but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. They were good about bringing out new coals every 25 – 30 mins too to keep it going strong. Overall it’s not an awful place to go if you’re not wanting to drive all the way downtown or to the Loop.

Yeah, don’t go there. Created an account just to write about how shitty this place is. Honestly, the guy who helped us is a complete dick, the hookah quality was terrible and not worth the ridiculous price they charge, and the atmosphere makes me cringe. Damn, what a waste of time and life.

Honestly, the worst hookah bar in St Louis… I have been puzzles, h2, ranoush and double apple and this one has absolute worst service ever! You walk in and you immediately notice the employees hanging out with their friends, playing cards and smoking… the employees are not welcoming and are not helpful. When we went up to the cash register, the guy didn’t even look up from his phone to give us a recommendation. After we sat ourselves (someone was playing their personal video game on the projector and an employee was sleeping on the couch) and recieved our hookahs, it was not made very well… barely any smoke but the flavor did last about 45 min. After it died, we asked for more coals (no one came around to ask us if we needed more coals, they were just having a nice little social gathering) and instead of giving us the amount of coals we recieved originally, he gave us 2 halves. It didn’t work and when I went up to the guy he said that he would put another coal on but it’s probably done…(WELL MADE HOOKAHS last usually about 1.5−2 hours) it took him 30 min to give us new coals and didn’t even bother to try and help us start it or fix the problem… and I tried to get on the website to write a review or to talk to someone about this and their website wasn’t even working… it looks like that the move to the new location was not a very good move

First time at the new location. First time was unsatisfactory. It got worse. The only plus?. I got to write chalk on the wall in the bathroom. The hookah was so weak it felt like I was inhaling air. The guy never ever came around to change our coal and the service in general was very poor. I ordered hookah for 5 people but they only gave me four. When I asked for another tip, a clerk gave me a bit of an attitude before giving me one. The pink grapefruit had no flavor; overall I felt like this was a waste of money. I was excited for a hookah bar in west county but I think it’s back to Nara downtown for me. I will never come back again.

Every time I’ve been here the breakfast sandwiches I’ve had have been excellent! I forget the name of the sandwich I had today but it had salmon, provelone and avocado ranch on a toasted bagel. It also comes with red onion but I requested they not be on there since it’s mathematically proven that onions are gross. The breakfast included a side of cantaloupe. They serve lunch as well but I’ve yet to try it but I’d be willing to bet it’s as good as their breakfast. While I’m not a coffee drinker it seemed that they had quite a few specialty coffees.
