Yo My Goodness

I think most frozen yogurt places have similar flavor options and toppings. However our visit day was particularly enjoyable because of the great customer service. I didn’t catch her name, but thank you! She was so sweet to my toddler and took the time to encourage us to sign up for a free reward card.

The flavors were really strange, tasted like cold/​flu medicine. I had several and enjoyed none, surprisingly. And it was five bucks for half of a small container. Boo.

I tried this place twice before writing this review, just to be fair. I am not all that thrilled about the froyo here. The yogurt spills out of the machines uncontrollably, the spouts often leak liquid, the texture of most of the flavors is icy (which leads me think there is more water in the yogurt than there should be), the froyo is usually disproportionately sugary, and the topping bar has no nuts. One thing I did like about it is that I believe it uses fresh, unfrozen strawberries. But yeah… this is not a place I plan on coming to again any time soon. I definitely prefer Menchie’s froyo over the froyo here.

Not excellent nor poor. If you want something quick and simple this is an OK place. It isn’t located where google or Unilocal maps puts it though so it was a tad hard to locate.
It was just like all the other Yo My Goodness stores I have been too. Clean, fresh toppings, and helpful staff. The yogurt choices were slightly different that what I have had before so I tried new stuff.
Oh, and here is a tip: if you go use the sample cups to start the pour sequence since what is sitting in the nozzle is no longer frozen. Saves you loot and flavor down the line.
If you are in the area and this is your thing but as a destination, nah.

Sorry, just doesn’t measure up to orange leaf! The marshmallow yogurt was yummy but everything else was just bland. The FroYo was too runny. The only fresh fruit topping was kiwi. I stopped in at 4pm and only one other customer came in during my 30 min visit.

I will be honest, Yo My Goodness does not do anything to set them apart from other businesses in the sea of frozen yogurt places. And that is not necessarily a bad thing. I’ve been to this location several times and each time the place was clean and the kids behind the counter (yes I feel old calling them that) have always been friendly. They usually have a nice variety of flavors and I can always find something I want to have. I’m not going to go out of my way to come to this location, but I know if I’m looking for some frozen yogurt and I’m in the area I’m going to drop in satisfy my cravings.

The flavors are always interesting and true to form, the toppings are extensive and the price is reasonable. We are always offered a sample cup or two when we walk in and the store is always clean. My kids beg us to take them to Fro Yo and when we walk in somewhere else they are disappointed because Yo My has always exceeded expectations.

Yogurt flavors are solid. They always taste like what they are supposed to… all of the flavors I have had (yellow cake batter, blackbery, strawberry and mango) all have a very light, clean and crisp flavor. No icky after taste!
The toppings need a bit of attention. My son and I eat here pretty often and one visit the strawberries had moldy ones mixed in. I called one of the girls attention to the moldy berries and all she did was scoop out the ones that she could see were bad… Uhhh, Honey I could have done that!!! The appropriate response would have been to pitch the entire container (because it’s now contaminated!), wash it. or hell I don’t know, get another container maybe and then put some freah berries out.
Store is bright and easy to access.

The yogurt all tasted the same. I prefer Chill in Saint Louis.

Very tasty and easy to get in & out. Fresh fruit, many froyo flavors and these mango burst things which were awesome. Get the punch card for the 10^th free.
