This review is in regard to their home furniture repair service. My wife and I recently moved to St. Louis and had some damage our dining room table and other items, when the moving company transported our household goods. I filed a claim and Workbench has contacted me to schedule an appointment for an inspection/repair of the damaged items. Lindsey, the office manager, was very friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions and called a day early to confirm the appointment. Norm, the owner of the company, was the actual person that responded to the housecalls. He called about 15 – 20 minutes before he arrived. He documented all the damaged items by taking pictures and writing a description. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service and his professionalism. He repaired the chip on the edge of the dining room table, and I can’t even tell there was ever a chip. I would highly recommend this company on any repairs, and I believe they also have some furniture for sale. Though the items may be limited since they aren’t a furniture store.
