I am an absentee landlord which makes it difficult when finding honest people to work on my property. The furnace went out and required reparing during the coldest weather. I called another company who came out and quoted me a fortune. Let’s just say their name has a couple of B’s in it. They were nice however I felt I was being overcharged so paid them for the service call and sent them packing. Then I called Williams Heating and Cooling. You could not find a better more kind company to work with. Its all about the J’s! Jade the service manager personally went out to save me the cost of the service call since I had paid another company to already come out and look at it. Jane and Joy are a pleasure and they worked with me on the charges in an effort to help me during the Christmas season. I have dealt with a lot of service people who attempt to come across as honest and nice only to be gouged after them thinking I was then over a barrel. The people here will treat you with respect and care. We had an issue where the fan was making noise after the repair. They immediately came out and fixed and it’s running like a champ and the tenant is happy being in a nice warm home. My hat comes off to the folks at Williams Heating and Cooling as they have helped to restore my faith in working with people in the service industries!
