Brion helped me today with some wooden wall repair tips. He definitely made sure I knew what I needed to get the job done and he even asked a specialist about certain things to make sure it was the right thing.
Great store and nice workers.

This is an ok hardware store if you don’t need assistance. They do not have knowledgeable help. The help only knows very basic things. They are not service-​oriented like Mac’s Hardware or even Home Depot and Lowe’s. But if you know what you want, it’s quick and easy.

Fave hardware store close to house. Go here before big box every time. Am never disappointed.

I’ve shopped there many times. Every time, there are always people available and friendly to help you. They have a LOT of different stuff. I got plants there and they all are healthy. They have a free rewards program that gives you credit after you’ve spent some money.
Just an example of one experience that I had today: I called earlier to ask if they had canning supplies. They transferred me to someone who then went to look for exactly what I was looking for. They had it and gave me the price and aisle where I could find it.
Fast forward a couple hours later: I arrived at the store and went to the aisle. Found what I had called about but didn’t see any mason jars for canning. A guy came into my aisle and asked if he could help me. He then took me back into the warehouse to show me all the different sizes and designs of jars that they had. I chose what I wanted and was on my way! He also gave me advice on tomato stakes/​cages because I was trying to figure out what the best way to support my tomatoes would be. SO HELPFUL! And about a minute from my house. Definitely will continue to patronize this place.
