I stopped at The Wine & Cheese Place for a hostess gift. I wanted the dried fruit they have at some of their other locations but they don’t have the fruit at this location. I went with the round container with four sections. I got two sections with mixed nuts, 1 with dark chocolate covered almonds, and 1 with mint malted milk balls. They put the silver bag and ribbon and sticker on it. Yay.

Great selection and fair prices on regular offerings, but if you’re looking for sought after beer or bourbon, the store only rewards a select few, and the store manager of this location has been nothing but rude and unhelpful when inquiring.
The staff, on the few times I’ve called in advance to ask about stock, does not hold aside the items, and they get sold, or were never in stock in the first place.
The Forsyth location is fantastic, but this location is a disaster.

Awesome service! Great selection and reasonable prices. Chris Spina is always prompt on following up on pre-​sales. I am slowing filling up my wine refrigerator case by case as the 2012 and 2013 cabs come in!

Very mad I have not wandered in here before last week. This place has a very unique variety of beers and booze. I didnt really look at the wine selection but at first glance its great. Im big on Porters, Stouts, and other specialty beers and there was just about anything I wanted here. I saw some cool whiskeys here as well.
I was surprised to see alot of cool dips, salsas, ingredients, etc… Reminds me of one of the little Italian deli/​grocery stores in South City or on The Hill.
Cant wait to start visiting this place on a weekly basis!

This place is amazing! It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but once you get in, it’s similar to how I think I would feel if I had won the lottery. They have an enormous selection of wines from around the world, and if you’re lucky they’ll even let you taste test a few cheeses (or 10). Everything was delicious. The staff is very knowledgable as well and they make excellent recommendations!

I LOVE THIS SHOP!!! Ever since I moved to the neighborhood six years ago, I have been going to them for my wines, gifts, and cheese/​meat platters for my parties. The staff are always extremely knowledgable and steer me to the perfect item even when I don’t know exactly what would be best… You MUST go to see them!!!
