Would not recommend this business establishment. Their workmanship is fine, however, there are many places in town that do as well, if not better work. Ordered something for Christmas, was not told they would be closed the entire day on the 24th, nor was I informed of this fact when they called me to say my item is ready. Would have very much appreciated the heads up.

On three occasions The Initial Design has monogramed my white dress shirts for me. Each and every time, those working there are; polite, happy, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The shirts are alway ready before the promised date and the work is second to none.
I would not consider going anywhere else.

I can not say enough wonderful things about the Initial Design. Took a blanket in to have embroidered for my premature born grandson. They put a rush order on it and turned it around in a matter of hours. And did a absolutely beautiful job! Above and beyond normal customer service! I will recommend this place to everyone!

I love this store!!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful– I go there every time I need a wedding/​birthday/​baby present and always walk away with something that’s great looking. The store is fun and classy, and the monogramming is truly the highest quality I’ve ever seen. They can do anything! Definitely the place to go for a personalized gift – don’t be tempted by the copycats!
