Don’t even call them. I had an appointment with Dr. Chand in this business. I called to let them know my car would not start. We had a bitterly cold snap and it just wouldn’t work and I tried for a long time. So I call to let them know and they say, well you were supposed to be here 30 mins ahead of time or we won’t see you anyway. Well, no one ever said that to me. So she puts me on hold to go «see what the doctor says» and I am thinking why is this necessary. I didn’t know them, had never been there before or had any other appointments there. So she comes back and tells me the doctor has refused to see me ever. I was like over 1 missed appointment because of weather that seems pretty severe and even more so given the type of issues dealt with. She says yeah I know but that’s how it is and how Dr Chand wants it. No doctor’s office should treat someone this way.
