I love their wings. Their taste deserve a 5 star. However, I’m giving 4 start to their service/inconsistency. 1. Most of the time, Syberg’s wings are big and juicy which really distinguish themselves from other wing places. However, there was one time that I waited for more than 50 minutes for a to-go order, around 1:00PM, and some of the wings were very small. I was quite disappointed since I eat Syberg’s wings at least once a month. 2. I also love that they put lots of sauce on wings, making them very delicious. However, today, there was very little sauce on my wings. I placed a to-go order, so I didn’t really have time to check what I got. :(Hope they’ll have more consistency in the quality of service and food.

Syberg’s Gravois location is located just a few miles from where I live and I couldn’t be happier about that! There are some nights when I just don’t feel like cooking and I just want something good to eat. Along comes Syberg’s. I have been to this location multiple times now and each time I have enjoyed myself. I have watched baseball games, basketball games, football games and even golf on their tv’s which are located all over the restaurant. It’s nice to know I can sit at the bar to just grab a drink and watch sports or if I want a quieter setting I can sit in either of the dining rooms(upstairs or down). Service has always been good and the food is delicious! Chicken wings are the best here and I love their honey BBQ sauce tossed on them. The food items I have tried are all good and the best part is that there are so many choices that I never have to get the same thing twice! The only reason I am taking off a start is because the place itself is a little cramped. Whenever I have gone here I feel like I am sitting so close to the other tables. There isn’t much walking room in between tables and I have even been knocked around a few times by others who are walking around. The good news is that the place is always so busy because it’s good and everyone knows it!

Service — waitresses talking loudly with each other about taxes etc and swearing loudly(f word repeatedly etc) 1 out of 10 Food — steak sandwich that had nothing on it, no cheese no seasoning, nothing. Just a fatty cut of steak cooked well past medium and slapped on a bun. Mushy fries as a side didn’t make up for the lack of flavor with the sandwich. 1 out of 10.

I stopped in on a whim while in St Louis and I was glad I did. The food was good and the drinks were better.

Came here after work for a quick bite and wasn’t disappointed. Also, they have live music on Wednesdays and even though the space is small the band was good so we didn’t mind the volume. The food was good, as usual and we always get the sygoons for an appetizer. This was the first time I’ve ever gotten a cheeseburger and although it was a little more done than I requested, the flavor was great! My companion had the fish and chips and thought they were great, as well. Good food and above average service is what we have come to expect at Syberg’s Gravois. This location is a staple in our area and since we live so close we will continue to dine at this location.

The quality of food is excellent and the service has always been fast when we were there. But during game nights the bar can fill up and it does feel kind of crowded like most South City Bars. From the other reviews it seem like people either love it or hate it.

I was freezing the entire time I was here, I asked them to turn down the air but they didn’t. We didn’t get any bread when we sat down. The food was so-so. Not my favorite Sybergs location.

Prices overpriced. Ordered a «real estate«salad for like $ 9 or so. I think it was in «foreclosure«very little extras in it had lot of lettuce seemed like all ham in it. I was very disappointed ! It was the highest priced salad they should have put more in it !

Regulars that aren’t open to newcomers. Bartenders that aren’t friendly to people who aren’t regulars. This place gives off an unfriendly vibe. Goodbye, Syberg’s.

Big fan of the original location. Grew up in the near area and now live behind this store. Always has been a go to spot for me and my family/friends. The staff always makes you feel at home, and don’t forget they have THEBEST wings in Saint Louis, hands down! Pizza and shark chunks are also a very good decision.

When I went here — almost a year or two ago, it was far from great. My water tasted like sewer, my chicken sandwich was gooey and cold. The environment wasn’t much since the tables reminded me of gold up ones and there were a lot of drunks. Not a fan!

I have visted a few different Syberg’s locations, and the Gravois one stands alone as far as atmosphere! You walk into the bar space and you absorb the smell of stale smoke from days gone by and observe the crowded bar table area where everyone is squeezing around. Some may perceive these as negatives, but to me, this was part of the charm! We sat in the bar area at a high table. There are a lot of TVs around, and tons of little knick knacks to look at hung up on the walls all around. One of my favorite parts of any Syberg’s is the Yatzee style dice game that is available at the tables. We started playing and had a friendly waitress greet us. For appetizers, we ordered a fried Syberg style chicken rangoon(like a crab rangoon but with cream cheese, chicken, and sybergs sauce inside). We also had some toasted raviolis. Both were delicious. You can’t really go wrong on food here if you are knowing what to expect. There are many menu options featuring their signature Syberg’s sauce, it is good, but totally different than what you might expect. They have it on chicken strips, on burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, you name it! Mostly bar food here, but it is pretty good. Syberg’s seemed like the kind of place you could spend hours laughing with friends in the middle of a snow storm. I know that sounds weird, but it kind of made me wish I was a local who could just walk here and waste away hours. They do feature some happy hour specials like discounted apps and beers. So, we were able to get a ton of food and drinks for not too much money!

I love Syberg’s! I love the chicken wrap with their signature wing sauce, and this time I went I tried their pizza, and it was so good. they have very good lunch specials. The service is pretty good. I think lunch time gets a bit busy here. The bar area is great, also plenty of big screens for any game.

We went back to try and get some food this time and I regret we did. The service is subpar, the facilities are gross and the food is not edible. We say upstairs and above us the ceiling had a leak and the plaster was coming off right above where my food was! That is unacceptable. The waitress, while nice, thought her time was best spent watching TV. The secret sauce is some mustard based disaster. The good was all from frozen product and was just not good. We will not return.

Ok Ok… I think I can finally write down my opinions. I love Syberg’s. I have had a lot of great times at Syberg’s. I think they have decent food, decent drinks and decent locations. But I just can’t seem to give them four stars. I have never been wow’d by any meal or wow’d by anyone’s service. I think they have a wonderful array of menu items to choose from. I don’t think you will be disappointed in anything you order. I think what they could use is a friendlier staff. Service isn’t bad… It is nothing noteworthy though. Servers are friendly then they disappear and you can’t find them when you need something, so I always end up asking a different server(which I hate doing) when they bring us a plate full of wings and no napkins but the one we were provided with. Or when you run out of water and no one fills you up, and you sit there waiting looking to catch a server’s attention for five minutes and as you are about ready to get up and fill it yourself, and finally someone see’s you. I also feel that this location could use a good shut down for a day or two and deep clean the place including the floor and fixing the tables so they aren’t so wobbly. They did expand and repave the back parking lot so that was terrific. I will go back bec that Syberg’s sauce is pretty decent. But if you go, just expect mediocre service with decent food.
