I had family of four went to this subway location. The service was fast. We had great time.

This review is more on this location rather than the chain itself. This location is horrible, the staff are rude and no one seems to care. I went in 20 minutes before they closed and the employee had the nerve to basically yell at me «come on man!». I have worked in food service in the past and never turned down a paying customer. I turned around and left and didn’t say anything because I prefer my sandwiches to be spit free. This was my first experience with this location and it will be my last. I lodged a complaint with subway corporate and they are supposed to forward the complaint to the owner of that subway. It’s been awhile and I have received no response from anyone. Don’t support this location. Give your money to another establishment that appreciates your business. Gave it 1 star because 0 isn’t possible. But please understand this place deserves 0 stars.

Still no egg during the day, thus one star. Go to the Jameson & Chippewa Subway if you would like egg during the day. Plus their customer service is awesome!

When I’m in St. Louis, this is pretty much my Subway that I go for sandwiches on the days that I don’t want to cook. I went there frequently enough that the regular employees knew what I was going to order because I almost always got Black Forest Ham on whole wheat or 9 grain bread. With the regular employees, I have never had any problems with them making my sandwiches, and we told each other bad jokes sometimes. Some employees come and go, but the last time I was there, the person waiting on my barely spoke English and he didn’t speak any of the other languages that I speak either. The sandwich that he made for me was pretty good though. I don’t think of going to any other Subway unless I’m in another city. It’s convenient because it’s near my mother’s house and near where I used to live.

The employees are nice here, quick to serve, and are more generous with the toppings than the store on Eager Road near Dierbergs in Brentwood.

This pretty much sums up every experience I’ve ever had with a subway! I continuously had to repeat myself to get my order done correctly. I order a chicken marinara only to find out they don’t have any marinara sauce WTF??? I’ve never been to a more consistently horrible chain of restaurants…

It’s a fairly small sub shop compared to some I’ve frequented. My husband and I walked here for dinner on a Friday evening and arrived at 7:50 p.m. The hours posted on the door are 9a.m.-9p.m. all throughout the week. We had our dog with us, so I stayed outside while he went in to order. He didn’t even get to the counter when he was told by the one of the employees that they were CLOSED! He said his boss just hasn’t changed the hours on the door and that they closes at 8 p.m. Hmmm, maybe he’s slow and can’t make a two subs in 10 minutes, in which case he shouldn’t even be working there. However, the corporates website states 9 – 9 as their hours of operation. The staff are lazy, unkempt in appearance and have poor customer service. The facility is small and old. I’ve gone during lunch rush and there are no more than 2 employees working and it takes forever! It would be worth your time to go a little farther West down Manchester to Jimmy John’s…at least there they know what it means to provide good quality service and freaky fast no less! We will never go to this Subway again.
