Unfortunately I ordered a simple latte and I’m assuming it wasn’t so simple for the lady making this coffee. I ordered a Skinny Venti Latte, with Soy milk. I don’t know what it was I received but it resembled mud in a cup. I know it’s possible this older lady saws new then I blame management for putting her in the busiest place at an extremely busy time. It’s not like I was getting a Seventy Five Cents Water, and I am sorry I expect my Latte to taste like good coffee. This was AWFUL!!! To management do not put an u trained person at the helm of the expresso machine when LITERALLY the clients had to tell her how to make their drinks, during a busy time. You should be ashamed of your business practices if this all you care about your customers! Someone needs to address this as this is a busy location. If it hadn’t been so busy I would have gotten my money back but who has time to wait through a big line AGAIN!

Nice employees, cute coffee bar area. This location was really crowded when I went. My gingerbread latte was fine. Not much else to say.

Absolutely love this Starbucks! In my opinion it’s in the wrong spot. Should be more centered in the mall. The coffee is amazing! I recommend the passion fruit sweetened tea or the pumpkin spice latte. The workers are very fast compared to other Starbucks staff. The store itself is modern and very clean. It’s a little small and lacks seating. But that’s probably the biggest store they could get. Absolutely love this Starbucks! Doesn’t get any better than this!

The perfect spot to sip and recoup from a long day of shopping. My favorite aspect of this particular Starbucks is how amazingly fast they are. Yeah, there’s always a line. It’s a mall… I expect this, but the time it takes to get my drink? It’s next to nothing. This is probably one of the most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been in. This is saying a lot, considering I am both unabashedly addicted and worked for Starbucks for three years.

Definitely an improvement from the previous Starbucks stand in the Galleria, though it can get slow and packed with customers. I do appreciate that they offer ice water for patrons as you wait though — a plus for hot St. Louis summers!

People are friendly!(As usual!) but this Starbucks is WAY too small and WAY too slow. The place gets overrun quickly because it is just quite simply too small… so the poor store size and location is what earns this place a «low» rating. If you see a line — don’t go in — it will take a VERY long time to get your order and you will not have anywhere to sit in the meantime.

This is a very nice Starbucks! It’s right in the mall and has a system set up for the line to avoid any confusion. I found the staff to be very helpful and welcoming. I visited here after the Christmas rush was over and they didn’t seem frazzled or burnt out like many retail employees do at that time of year.

OK, my comments are really not about this Starbucks in particular but about Starbucks in general. I’ll start off by saying the proprietor in a coffee store near me(they sell the actual product in the form of whole beans or ground and the variety at this place is considerable) calls Starbucks«Charbucks.» I have to say that’s kind of a fitting name! The coffee, regardless of the form you order it in(e.g., plain coffee, latte, espresso, cappucino) always tastes BURNT. That’s the best way I can describe it, just overdone! Ok that’s the coffee, what about the prices? Absurdly steep! OK, but whose fault is that? Of course it the fault of the consumers who keep patronizing these stores and buying their awful tasting and over-priced swill. Even at the airport you must drink Charbucks or pretty much go without coffee. A word about the pastries and other«delights?» Usually stale and also grossly over-priced. Can you tell — I don’t much care for Starbucks. Dunkin’ Donuts has much better coffee.

I can’t shop or go to the new Apple store without a Frappucino after-wards. It’s just one of my unwritten rules. It’s a refreshing treat to celebrate a new purchase or resisting the urge to make a new purchase. I like the new store location over the old kiosk version. However, I disagree with John H., I think the line moves slower. Perhaps my line was longer then his, because they were moving slow. I found it odd that two associates were taking orders and only one making all our drinks. I may be crazy, but wouldn’t the line moved faster if two were making the drinks? We all know the baked goods are shipped in to each Starbucks. There are no Kebbler elves in the back stockroom baking. Even though they are shipped in, I love the petite vanilla bean scones. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. They should be, Starkbucks treats their employees very well with benefits and $.

The line in the newish store seems to move faster than at the coffee cart they used to operate nearby. Sorry, Starbucks haters, but Pike Place roast still is one of my favorites. Baked goods are okay, but wish they had a better gluten-free option than a packaged fruit-nut bar.
