My main reason for giving this place five stars is it’s a totally different concept for the city. My husband and I have been here several times now. The first time, we grabbed a bottle of wine and carried out some duck sausage. The carry out food isn’t for the faint of heart. I encourage you to branch out though, everything is delicious. The second time we came was for a bourbon tasting. For $ 10, you got 10 tasting of bourbon and delicious appetizers!(Their fried shrimp, OMG.) Last weekend, we finally made our way down for dinner. Overall, it was excellent. We started with the beer shrimp and the bacon wrapped filet. My husband was speechless with the bacon fliet. I had the lobster ravioli, which was packed with lobster. My husband had the waygo burger, which was juicy and delicious. The fries are also awesome(shoe strings, YUM.) They also gave us a complimentary lime cheesecake that was probably the best thing out of it all. Another plus is their wines are at cost. Just pulled something out of the cooler and they’ll pop it right there for drinking. Best part of the whole dinner experience was 2 apps, 2 entrees, and a bottle of wine cost us $ 70. Not too bad for a gourmet meal.

This review regards a recent event catered by Jeff, Blake, and Casey of Spring Gourmet. Thanks to their excellent preparation and delicious food, the event was perfect. Jeff prepared waygu beef expertly seasoned and cooked for hours until spoon tender, heavenly asparagus, and spiced and brown sugared sweet potato slices. Their service was highly enjoyable — despite having a fender bender on the way over. Very dedicated team and super experience. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am a selfish Unilocaler. I read reviews but never write my own. But the bacon at this place makes me want to scream from the rooftops. Oh. My. God. This bacon! Everyone come eat this bacon. Right freaking now.

I try to eat here every day of my life and its selfish they close for two days a week where I am basically forced to starve but I manage. The caprese skewers are fresh and delicious. They play around with Elk Dogs and Duck Dogs and Duck Proscuitto. If you are a true foodie, this is your haven.

Country Ragu, Shepherd’s Pie, Smoked Pork Chop, just to name a few of the dishes I’ve tried. They were all really really delicious! Can’t wait to try more. I should get some entrees, put them in my own dishes, and invite people for a dinner party!

Great new shop in the neighborhood! I had a chance to visit tonight a few minutes before closing. When we arrived both the owners(Patrick and Jeff) greeted us and gave us a quick apology about their inventory. They had just had a busy evening and almost sold out of a few items, this leads me to believe the food must be good! The renovation to the building looks really great. They have a nice cooler in the front with all sorts of items; chicken wings, duck, marinated chicken, bison, salami, cheeses, etc. All of the items looks tasty, especially the marinated chicken. They had herbs and some red peppercorn set on top and from what I can tell it would probably be very delicious once cooked. Both Jeff and Patrick were very friendly and encouraged us to sample some items. My bf sampled the candied bacon and said it was something he had never had before and that he liked it! They provided us each a few samples of cheese. I can’t remember much about the cheese that we had, but one of them had rosemary flavor in it; so good! We walked around and noticed some items in coolers for«take home» including; chicken salad, hummus, soups, mashed potatoes, etc. Tons of items in the coolers for dinner or for snacking; I can see myself going back to pick up items for dinner! Oh, and if you want Bily Goat chips you can grab a bag here as well! Some really cool items they had as well were full meals such as a Shepard’s pie and even a meal with chicken, green beans, and a side of potatoes; all you have to do it heat it up! While chatting Patrick and Jeff they even started talking about plans for later on this year. They will have the patio opened up so that guests can hang out on the patio and enjoy some wine and cheese/meats! They will even get some unique oils and vinegar’s soon which I cant wait to try! I see myself frequenting this business often and I can’t wait for patio season so that I can enjoy some wine outside while snacking on some unique food items! Since I didn’t have my phone I was unable to take pictures, but next time I go I’ll be sure to snap a few and post for all to see. Overall, I was very happy with the food items and can’t wait to visit again soon! P. S. If you are looking for something for you pet they even have some organic dog and cat treats!
