Oh how do I begin? First less start out with the same do not rent here then move in to details shall we… So sit back grab a strong drink and let the horrific story begin about my nightmare at Southwest Crossing Apartments. I’ve been renting here for two years why so long ahhh great question and I will answer soon at the moment I’m fighting off a giant Roach family that feel they have the right to take a shower before me yet the owners claim to spray yet they only multiply and get bigger. I’m hungry yet while I’m at work the matience men eat my food or it could be the mutant Roach’s. I just wish they save me a sandwich after all I bought it. I would like to be late on my rent and buy some Ramon noodles but if I do that then the rental office claims I’ll owe 75.00dollars a day late fee when my lease agreement clearly states that it’s a one time fee of 25.00 dollars. I’ve talked to several tenants some who lost their homes because of this greed. Hmm I’m sure you thinking this is here say yet I am one of the individuals who went thew this humiliation. Got laid off from my job yet did not hesitate in telling the rental management what was going on and every week I’d give them money yet the late fee would have me triple in dept with them. Over 1600 may I add for a 671.50 apartment. So I pay it all at one time and they still serve me and look me in the face and tell me not to go to court well they insisted I shouldn’t go because it was taken care of. What did I do? I went and you guessed it my name was on the court docket to see the judge. Now I understand why so many people personal belongings are out in the dumpster after you pay them they tell you not to go to court then tell the judge you didn’t pay and also you didn’t show for court. Your money is not seen and the sheriff at your door. See when I stepped in front of the judge. There own lawyer had know knowledge I payed any money thank god for money orders because they refuse to give you receipts. Yet I still ended up paying court costs and lawyer fees and a judgment on me that makes it hard for me to rent now. Oh more about the apartment. Have a hole in my bathroom ceiling they repaired it by nailing cardboard and plastic over the hole talk about handy work! Well enough about my nightmare I’m sure you get the picture and I’m about to open my blinds and watch the drug deals and chase off the other tenants who feel they have the right to steal your gas or tires off your car. So my advice rent the Amityville Horror house before you rent here.

Years ago a relative of mine lived in Southwest Crossings. I really liked her apartment her carpet was nice her apartment was very neat and well kept I also liked the location. I love how it’s right off the highway. Well that was then this is now. I was rushing to move when I moved in. The first day I moved in I noticed a lot of things weren’t right big cracks in the ceilings, wrong doors on closets, roaches everywhere like the place had just been bombed and no one swept up, no screens in the windows or on the balcony by the door simply put just ridiculous. I think this place is overpriced for the condition of these apartments. I’m never at home but when I am there every time I turn my head I see a roach. I thought maybe it was just in this building but it’s not it’s the whole apartment every time I stop by the leasing office it’s residents complaining about roaches. I feel like I’m paying rent for a place for roaches to stay. I like the location. The apartments would be ok still overpriced bit ok if it wasn’t for the roach army I’m currently living with. I’m so excited my lease is almost up. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone.
