This place is really nice. Rooms were spacious, quiet, clean and nicely decorated.
The thing that impressed me the most was the quality of the accessories. Simple stuff like the bathroom fixures. If a place is going to invest the money in getting top line faucets you can infer that they will also invest in making its customers happy.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in St Louis.

Thanks for doing such a great job of taking care of my group when we were in MO visiting. Your friendly service made our vacation even more enjoyable. The trees and landscaping outside our unit made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise.

Great experience. Stayed at Sonesta Suites for 4 weeks in 2014 and felt like staying in a furnished 1BHK apt. All kitchen appliances, 2 TV’s, closet, great furniture. Staff members friendly and courteous, helpful. Daily Morning Breakfast & few days happy hours & evening snacks. Wonderful & Lively neighborhood and close to Olive Blvd with McDonalds, Dierbergs & Schnucks (supermarkets), Trader Joes, Starbucks, Numerous restaurants etc. Free wi-​fi. Would love to stay again if I get chance.

Rooms were nice and clean. But staff was unprofessional and uncaring. At check in, I was immediately informed that someone from a neighboring hotel had been shot and killed and that the front desk clerk was nervous to be in the area. Arrived back to room after long day with 2 young kids and called to inquire why our room hadn’t been cleaned/​towels not replaced. I was informed that there is no housekeeping on weekends and that under no circumstances would anyone bring the towels up to me. At check in, my credit card was processed at a desk littered with stale pizza crusts. I couldn’t stomach the thought of returning to the same area for the free breakfast in the morning so we went out. Too bad the staff/​service aren’t better. The room layout and furnishings were actually really nice and we otherwise would have enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at Sonesta for 6 weeks on a travel assignment. Every staff member friendly and courteous, front desk, drivers, housekeeping and kitchen ladies. If I asked them to clean my room early, they would comply. Great coffee and breakfast every morning. Wonderful, safe neighborhood for powerwalking, and close to Olive Street a major thoroughfare with Dierbergs (a huge, amazing supermarket), Trader Joes, Starbucks etc. I gave them only three stars, because I work the night shift, and I had a room in the main building all of which have sky lights in the bedrooms, lucky I had a suite so I ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa, I asked a few times to be moved to another room but my requests were met with resistance. Stayed there also because of the proximity to my workplace. Looking forward to staying there again (without the skylight).

I really like this place, really! Nothing fancy, just clean rooms with 2 bedrooms and 3 televisions. Having a stove, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave gives us the comforts of home. The free hot breakfast and free evening cocktails are nice. Who needs a high end place when you can get a place like Sonesta at a fraction of the cost. Oh, did I mention the free HBO and WiFi? This is my go-​to spot whenever I’m in St. Louis. I love it!
