Horrible, HORRIBLE!
I’m NOT giving reviews based on the products — just this entire STAFF! Multiple times now, I’ve been ignored while being the only person or one of few, and I’ve witnessed others ignored! They give out FREE SAMPLES OF EVERYTHING, but make sure you don’t ask the mean, rude, obese 40+ year old lady! I’ve spent HUNDREDS of dollars online the last few weeks (because NOONE will help me in the store, and I’m even a VIB card holder!), and I asked for a couple of a certain one, while my family & I were shopping in there today, and WITH OUT saying one word to me, she handed me one, and went back to doing NOTHING! My family and I walked out and will NEVER go back there! I’d give NEGATIVE stars if I could!
