Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Technician arrived timely and informed me it would cost $ 264. If they break the drain then they would charge me $ 199 and I would have to call a plumber to fix it. I thought he was a plumber! It took him less than 10 minutes to clean hair out of the drain and I paid the $ 264 but next time I will call a real plumber.

We had an issue with our basement main drain backing up when we’d run the wash machine. I rented a snake drain cleaner but didn’t have much luck after hours of trying. We decided to call roto rooter because we weren’t sure if the next rain was going to make it much worse. They sent a technician named Mike who came out in less than a couple hrs. He went right to work in the front yard. He was incredibly friendly and professional and within an hour or so had the problem all fixed. He took the time to explain what likely caused the issue and gave us some other tips. It was a great overall experience for someone who has never had to have this type of service done and the prices seemed reasonable. I highly recommend them and especially Mike!

The Roto-​Rooter location that serviced us was «ST. Louis South». We were thrilled with service all the way around. Our first was the initial call, the person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and understandings. The second was the call letting us know that the tech was on the way and provided his name; she too was very pleasant and friendly. The final was Don the plumber that came out to help us with our issue. He was friendly and informative. We were having a new bathroom floor put in and had issues with water back-​up in the pipe when the sink was turned on. It was imperative that we get this fixed so the other work could be completed. Roto-​Rooter was friendly, timely, and professional.

Much to my dismay my sewer backed up this morning. I called Roto Rooter and they made the process pretty painless! The phone operator was super friendly, the technician was out within less than an hour, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He answered my many questions and was out in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again.
