I really tried my damnedest to patronize this restaurant but I know for a fact I will NEVER return. I went on my lunch break one evening because I wanted to get some food cooked by US and for US. I pull up, place my order for a turkey burger which I am told comes with nothing but BBQ sauce on it and fries. I sit in the line for about 10 minutes before I receive my food. The wait didn’t bother me because the cashier told me initially it would be a wait and I will go out of my way typically to patronize Black businesses because I AM A BLACKMAN and I realize how ESSENTIAL it is for us to have our OWN businesses. Well, I get back to work, and realize my order is all wrong. My turkey burger had lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese on it. At this point, I’m not even thinking for a second about returning to get a correct order as I have already made it back to work and CAN’T leave. So I call and speak with the manager and she tells me that I received the wrong order altogether. She extends her apologies and tells me that if I return I can get another meal on the house. I do. I go back on my break to take her up on her offer. I come back the following day and this time the experience is even more pisspoor than the first. I sit in the drive thru at the speaker for 5 minutes before I say«Hello?!» to get the cashier’s attention. She comes back on the intercom and says«I’ll be with you in a moment.» I WAITFORTENMINUTES, before I just decide to leave. As I am pulling off she returns and says«Go ahead!» –_– I just don’t really understand how a business can function like this. The Black dollar isn’t respected by anyone, not even us, and it’s sad. I will not return. Not ever.

Crap!!! Reheated shitty bbq just somebody with and old kerosene tank smoker. Also worked a homicide once right in the doorway of that place when it was KFC. Shitty food shitty building shitty area. If you don’t mind bad bbq, and bums panhandling money this is your place

The food is obviously reheated food from previous days. I’ve been to this establishment several times in an effort to support black business, but I will not be returning. You can taste the refrigerator stink in the food sometimes. Out of several visits D various items tried I think I may have been satisfied with my order/price once. Service is very slow except for the woman with the short blonde hair. The customer service overall is pleasant however. The food isn’t made with the care you’d expect from a small business trying to make a name for itself.

All I wanted was a beef polish and they are out. On top of that I was second in line at the intercom and drive thru then no one responded to that customer for like 8minutes so me and the cars behind me had to back up and go inside to be line waiting …currently waiting for food now 15 minutes

I ordered the 12 pc jumbo shrimp and it was all I could imagine. large, uniquely battered shrimp served with tater. A big fan and will be visiting often Gets very crowded during lunch so call ahead early when they start taking orders at 10am.

Don’t come here it’s so not organized. I order a chicken philly sandwich and 15 mins later they told me they were out of the chicken for that sandwich. I then ask for my money back and that’s when the old lady from the back came and said«u can’t get nothing else instead?» I said no I want a chicken philly and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back talking that bs. Then it took the manager another 15 mins to give me a refund. All that extra stuff because they were not organized at 11:30 am… smh if you want to go here go to the one on natural bridge way better customer service
