Rapid Dry

Exceeded expectations. Very Impressed. Grant answered my call concern mold at my rental property. Within a day he had arranged with the tenant to inspect the problem. During the visit he was respectful to our tenant, explained the type of problem it was and how it could be prevented. He emailed me following the appointment, explained what had happened and recommended a fix – installing a dehumidifier. That was installed within a week. Couldn’t have been easier.

I would highly recommend Rapid Dry to anyone! They were very honest, and made sure all my questions were answered and went through the whole house to make sure we didn’t miss anything. I will be calling them for anything in the future if something comes up again that they could help me with.

Grant with Rapid Dry is second to none! If you want to sleep at night knowing that you’re getting the best service possible for your water mitigation needs, look no further. I work in the insurance industry, where a lot of contractors/​vendors advertise their expertise, however, I have recently had to use Rapid Dry due to a leaking (new) dishwasher that ruined my brand new kitchen floor. I called Grant at around 7:30am just to get his advice and he later made time to get out to my house to assess the damage, literally an hour or so later. He retuned back to my home later that afternoon to start ripping up the floor and baseboards to start the dry out process. Grant is honest, very reputable, and will respond with his prompt professionalism. Grant is my «go-​to» for any water mitigation needs!

What a great experience with a company. Grant came out on the same day we had an issue. He was nice, professional and efficient. He made sure our house was taken care of as soon as possible. He made sure to keep our house protected, while trying to help minimize damage done by the water. He made a bad experience better because he was personable. He even followed up to make sure the job was done correctly and up to our satisfaction. I hope I never have to have him out again, but if we had another flood, I would call Rapid Dry in an instant. Grant/​Rapid Dry is fabulous! Had an emergency and he was there the same day I called. Worked with the roofer and was on-​site beginning dry-​out and repairs the minute they were done. Hopefully do not need this service again but if I do, Rapid Dry will be the company I go to.

We discovered that water was leaking into our basement and we didn’t know where it was coming from. I called Rapid Dry and they came out right away and found where the leak was coming from. It turned out that our faucet to the hose froze and was leaking into our basement. Rapid Dry was able to stop the leak, fix the pipe, and dry out the basement with their machines. He explained how the leak was created and how to prevent it from happening again. I would definitely recommend Rapid Dry. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My husband looked at the basement and didn’t know where the leak was coming from and they figured it out right away. They also inspected our ducts and gave us recommendations for it to run more efficiently. We were expecting it to cost a lot more than it did. Thanks Grant.
