I initially spoke with a sales person about renting some space for a large event. He (David) was to get back to me on availability. I have since left him 4 messages with no return call. I guess I really just don’t understand this lack of customer service. They must be really booked solid as to not need any new business, because surely they would return at least one of my phone calls. I have taken them off of my list as potential venues… Bad business practices.
