I called in a ‘pick up’ order. When I arrived, there was no record of my order. I had to wait 20 minutes longer. The two teenagers working in the facility let the phone ring off the hook without picking it up while they played around. If I owned this restaurant, I would fire everyone and start over. There is so much business being lost at this location. Never again will I purchase from this place.

This is my final one. After my last 2 excellent deliveries, I pushed my rating to 5 stars. That’s because I’ve never had 2 orders in a row that were outstanding. My last order from here, a large anyway you want it and 8 boneless chicken was a letdown to end all letdowns for me. Pizza arrived lukewarm. The chicken, with breading so thick and hard around the edges, just destroyed the whole thing. What happened with the chicken that was freshly made and was tender and good? Why did it turn into something I could use for a doorstop this time? Was this Saturday a day the manager wasn’t doing quality control? Does any of this really matter? Not really.

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with a «manager». A few weeks back i called and placed an order… Once my food came it was completely wrong. I called and let them know about it and the lady on the phone told me she would just credit me the whole amount. I accepted and now having a few people over. We decided to order pizza again. I call and i ask the lady on the phone to look up my store credit. She couldn’t find it. So i explain the situation to her and she tells me she can only give me $ 20.00 credit. I said no thats unacceptable and she starts laughing and hangs up on me. I called back a few times and my phone call never got picked up. I called from a different line and they picked up. That really got me upset i told her i am coming up there to talk to her face to face. I arrive at the location and the door is locked. The hours said 11 am — 12 am it was 10:15 pm. Three employees were in the back looking at me and laughing. I decided to wait a few minutes and then another customer showed up that placed an order online. Took about 7 minutes but they came out and opened the door for the other customer. The guy opening the door had a name tag on his name was kevin. The lady in the back that claimed to be the manager did not want to come out. I tried to look around for a survey number or a contact number but it was nowhere to be found. I live alone so i order out often and have never in my life been treated the way this store did. No One should be treated like that and i highly recommend to anyone in that area to just use the dominos thats right up the hill from their store.

Terrible! Not worth your money. It’s obvious the owner is saving a lot of money by skimming on the ingredients. Thin crust is so thin it won’t hold the ingredients. The ingredients are hard to find, just a few here and there scattered on top, and don’t order cinnamon sticks because there is no cinnamon on the sticks. Really skimping on everything. I have had Pizza Hut from other locations and was happy. This location isn’t worth your money. I will never order from there again.
