Three stars for the service because our waiter was AWESOMMMMMMME!!! The food though our food was toooooo salty and everything tasted just blah. My girlfriend and I originally went because someone bought me a gift card and I’m glad it was a gift card because that food experience was not good at all. The manager did take the grossest of the gross off our bill which was nice and he was very nice as well, but if I came back it would be for maybe a drink and to say hi to the waiter. Other than that I probably won’t be back. P.f. Chang’s is not my cup of tea.

The lettuce wraps are soooo good. The waitress was not very friendly and seemed to be annoyed that we needed a minute to decide what to get. I would go again though because those lettuce wraps!!! Am I right???

Discrimination in this place. We came in around 11pm on a Friday night and the waiter tells us the main dining area with tables has been closed and only the bar area is open with full service. Fast forward 10 minutes, a couple walks in and they were seated in the table area by that same waiter. WTFPF Changs? You just lost 2 loyal customers, shame on you! You get one star for the decent food served.

We have visited countless PF Changs over the years. As many of said on here, the great concept with professional servers and pretty darn good food always made PFC an attractive choice when traveling. Sadly, over the last 10 years or so, the service has gone way down, the portions of food have also dramatically shrunk while at the same time the prices have jumped. But while in St Louis we decided to give this location a shot. The atmosphere was nice. Clean and not very noisy. For a Friday evening we were shocked to see how few people were eating here. Our server was a very nice and engaging young lady. She is exactly the type that PFC used to hire years ago. If it was the old days when the sauces would be mixed at your table by the server and they really paid attention to detail, she would be fabulous. But, since PFC has totally dumbed down the operation and made it be one that the server could just as well be at Fridays or Applebees, she was just kind of stuck taking orders and handing plates. The vegetarian lettuce wraps are always a stable for us. Consistency no matter what City we may be in. For the first time, this was not the case. Remember the old days when you would get about a half of head of lettuce? Well now there were about 4 leaves that were not even crisp. And the filling was weird. I mean it was ok, but just not the normal. The tofu was soft and mushy. All of the other food was quite good. The Pad Thai portion was huge and tasty, as were the honey shrimp. We chatted with the waitress and asked why so few people were here on a Friday night. She said the dinner crowd is early and that they never have any business late. She had mentioned that they are thinking about changing the hours because of this. I am glad we stopped and met a very nice young lady who was the server, but PFC needs to really think about returning to what made them a legend. Sadly, it seems that they have lost their way. The pride in the kitchen does not exist as it once did and it is really not an affordable place to visit on a regular basis anymore.

Just like everyone else. 1 star for absolutely terrible service. The young lady that brought us to our table seemed off, either tired or on drugs. Took 30 minutes just to get out waters. Not coming back. Food is ok. Way too expensive for the service and quality. The locations in illinoise are bettee. Stl just sucks

The food is decent, but I have had better PF changs at other locations. The staff seem to be confused most of the time and usually mess up my order whenever I do go. They give big portions which is good but it is too pricy for the service and quality you get

We were seated right away. They were out of calamari. And the lobster tacos were not to our liking but the server was excellent.

Came here with friends because we had a gift card. Honestly, the food was on par if not worse than panda express. The primary flavor of most of the dishes is salt. The secondary flavor is oil. The spicy mustard sauce was, to quote my friend, «something that should only be fed to your worst enemies.» Service was bad, and there was an hour long wait even though there were visibly empty tables in the dining area. Will not be coming here again.

How this restaurant has seriously declined is more than disgusting Portions are very SMALL, service is more than slow. Food was not even warm and defiantly not any flavor. Ladies bathroom was totally in all stalls out of toilet paper and seat covers. We have ate at P F Chang’s all over the country. Seattle, phoenix, St Louis etc this is beyound disgusting

I dined at P.F. Chang’s on a Gift Card… so I thought(we’ll get to that later). I was at the mall shopping with my SO and had two $ 25 gift cardf or over a year now so I thought«what the hell!» So real talk, I’d probably go to P.F. Chang’s over most of your other chains(Cheesecake Factory, Chili’s, uhhh Olive Garden?) but would rather just get it to go. However we were tired and thought it would be nice to just chill here for a bit. We were seated immediately but were ignored for a good 10 minutes before a waiter came. We got the Lettuce Wraps, Crispy Honey Chicken and the Lo Mein to share. First off, when in doubt just get the Lettuce Wraps for your meal. They’re addictive and the lettuce makes it taste fresher/lighter than it actually is. Also, crispy honey chicken ain’t so bad. The Lo mein literally just takes like garlic. It wasn’t very good but I was hungry so I ate it. The waiter, who didn’t handle people very well, took my gift card and didn’t come back for ten minutes. He then said it didn’t work. I asked him to try it again and he just replied«it won’t take.“After a bit of back and forth I just gave him my credit card so we could get out of there. I hate making a big deal out of things but think they should have given a better excuse to why the gift cards that never expire can’t even be ready by their machines. If you’re looking for asian food in this area, just go to Mai Lee . The food is much better and it’s like a mile away.

I used to like PF Chang’s much more. They’ve lost a bit of their luster for me. Yesterday I chose to take my Father here for his birthday dinner. There were four of us in total, and our bill with tip was $ 110. But the service and value here are just ok. My parents and my wife and I both selected the 4 course dinner for 2 option that they have on the menu. You get two soups, one appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert for $ 43. The egg drop soup was flavorful and had a bit of a kick. The steamed pork dumplings were good but they came nearly 10 minutes after my parents appetizer ordered at the same time. The Mongolian Beef was really flavorful and tender but the Singapore noodles lacked any curry flavor and also needed more chicken and shrimp. Service was odd. The wrong server came to our table for a drink order. Another server pointed out his error while he was at our table. Our correct server was training a new employee and between the two of them, our waters were rarely filled, and plates were left on the table long after we were done with each course. I used to like PF Changs due to the total experience. The hostess would open the door, the décor and atmosphere are interesting, the servers were always on point and attentive, and the food was always memorable. The food is still pretty good and the atmosphere hasn’t changed, but the soft-skills seem to have gone the way of almost every other corporate restaurant… robotic, unenergetic, and sub-par.

Usually my experiences have been tasty at PF Chang’s — and the service is pretty good. Today was NOT one of those experiences. A friend and I ordered off the lunch menu– we were not informed of any specials, our food was brought out haphazardl, without regard for the face we were dining TOGETHER. Really? And we were not offered dessert or coffee after our meals.(Which we did want). I had a $ 50 gift card, which more than covered our $ 36 bill. The server swiftly took the bill and the gift card, returned in a few minutes and asked if we wanted anything else and thank us for our visit. I inquired about remainder of GC and she said, «Oh, that’s a one time use. You either have to use it or lose it.» I said I would have liked to order a dessert, to which she replied, «it’s already processed, I can’t do anything.» And left the table. Needless to say, I won’t be frequenting this location again. Both my friend and I were flabbergasted at the rudeness and lack of training, even caring, of this waitress.

The is the worst PF I’ve ever been to. We ordered chicken fried rice that was warm(not hot) and greasy. We also ordered the street noodles that was ok. The Egg drop soup was old and microwave. Btw this PF Chang don’t use butter lettuce for the lettuce wraps, it makes for eating the lettuce wraps very messy. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on the lack luster food.

I’m here with my family at this sorry azz PF Chains by the Gallery in the STL. We’ve been her for two or more hours and haven’t been seated yet. When we asked the hostess why we haven’t been seated yet… the hostess was rude to us so then we asked for a Manager. Instead of him seating us right away because there were serval tables available by now he wanted to try to justify their rudeness and incompetence. Going back-and-forth with my family members instead of just seating us. This is unacceptable and I’m very disappointed. I will NEVERNEVER spend my money at this location again. I will be call District Manager and Corporate about this location and how my family and I have been treated. NEVERAGAIN… NEVERAGAIN!!!

Don’t usually like chains, especially Chinese, but have appreciated how PF changs has continued to keep their menu current over the years, including non-meat items. I’m careful to order and say no salt on their fish, but usually really happy with the choices and service.

I have been to this restaurant 5 different times and the service and the food keep going downhill. Every time I come, I get the same thing. And every time I get a different compilation. I must confess, I have not, and have no desire to, try the chicken lettuce wraps. I must admit, hearing that as their claim to fame made me not come here for YEARS. I assure you there is something her OTHERTHAN the lettuce wraps, that are very good. I just feel that they are doing some cost cutting recently and it is showing in the quality. 1. The first time we came here, They brought you to a table and let you pick out a set of chopsticks from a box the hostess carried. Those chopsticks were not wood. They have since progressed to a cup with paper wrapped chopsticks at every table. 2. Our first time there, they presented us with Chang sauce. Sauces that could be combined for a spicy mixture. That is no longer offered. I didn’t ask for it either. But I wonder what happened to it. 3. Again, on our first visit, I became a huge fan of their Tuna TarTar appetizer dish. It was laid out beautifully and precisely. Eight round Wonton chips, topped with a marinated tuna and cucumber mixture with Avacado and a spicy sauce drizzled over it. It was the same until the 4th time we went. They made the tuna mixture in a bowl, flipped it out onto the plate and laid a bunch of greasy broken wonton triangles around it. I honestly don’t remember where the avacado was hiding on that trip. This last time, they laid down slices of avacado on the plate, drizzled the spicy sauce, did the bowl of Tuna thing, and put, not AS broken wonton triangles around it. They completely covered the Avacado and sauce. Didn’t know it was there until you moved things around. 4. Now we come to service. The first couple times we were there, the waiter boxed up our meals to go and folded the bag down neatly and Uniquely for carrying. This last time, Our waiter boxed it up, put it in a bag, rolled the bag closed and set it on the table sideways, so all the sauce leaked out. I don’t know, they seem to be going down hill. And their craft beer selection leaves much to be desired. We will probably try them again, but I’m not holding out great hope that things will be any better. I just hope they don’t slide DOWN any further.

Not a P.F. fan at all but since my little sister wanted her birthday dinner here; I obliged. The menu is not my cup of tea at all; I mean nothing here is actually an authentic Chinese meal. It’s more-so a fast food chain restaurant with much more space and a chic ambiance to attract a certain crowd. Anyway, I broke down and got a mini order of the crab wontons just so I wasn’t sitting awkwardly as everyone ate their mediocre looking entrees. The wontons were tiny, filled with a teaspoon amount of crab type cream cheese dip substance, wrapped in a wonton and deep fried. It was garnished with a sweet and sour sauce. They were pretty good and all I needed to pass the time, I didn’t order dessert but what I saw on the menu were all of 2 options total. They were ordered by other guests at my table and arrived looking really small, friend and pathetic. The waiter seemed a little testy and overwhelmed by the crowd but said he was doing his best with the 5 tables he had going. The experience reminded me why I do not like P.F. Chang’s.

So I personally have never understood the fascination with PF Changs, I feel that its average food(with some exceptions) at a slightly higher price than traditional Chinese restaurants. If anything you are paying for the atmosphere, which has a darker ambiance and more intimate feel. However this place gets loud, very loud so this is not the place for date night by any means, especially if you want to have a casual intimate dinner over conversation. Service here is top notch, I will give them credit for that. Everything from the hostess, waiters, and bartenders are great. One recommendation I have is if there are only two in your party to go with the PF Changes for Two Meal, which offers a four course meal from a limited menu. To start off you both get a cup of soup, and share a starter. As far as the entrée’s go the selection is limited when compared to the rest of their menu, however you will find something that is to your liking. Dessert is shared between the two and a fair size, however for a small fee each diner can have their own. Overall the value with this option is probably the best deal going for PF Changs. Now the food itself is good, however I wouldn’t go out of my way to have it. Especially considering the crowds that often gather on weekend evenings, resulting in long waits.
