Took my boots in to get the sole and heel fixed and got them back and the first time I wore them the heel started coming apart again. Not pleased with the work, wouldn’t recommend them.

I can tell this place is really popular. I walked in and there’s a huge line going out the door. They gave me a quick response, a great price, and a timely pick up. I hope they’re customer service is as good as the repair!
Update: I showed up to pick up my shoes today and not only could they not find my shoes but, when they did, they hadn’t even started working on them yet. I was told to come at a specific time to pick them up and even had to borrow a car to come. Totally inconvenient =\.

They do good work for a good price. I highly recommend. However, I agree about their hours — I can only get there on Saturday. And I’d like them to accept credit cards, although I understand why they don’t.

I finally picked up my boots that I dropped off a couple weeks ago to get polished. I don’t like their business hours 9 – 5. I always get off of work too late to pick my boots up. I paid 10.00 for them to polish my boots. I don’t have anything bad to say. I’ll take my shoes here again. I just think they should stay open till 6. Oh and they only take cash!
