This place is a hidden gem, tucked away by King Doh Chinese restaurant and an antique mall in Warson Woods. I stopped by one night for a grab and go dinner. The options were pretty picked over — I’d suggest ordering ahead using their online menu so they save something for you if you can’t come until late. I got a salad(big enough to share) and the butternut squash mac n cheese. I also got their double chocolate chip cookies. The salad was my least favorite — I didn’t care for the dressing, which was some sort of champagne vinaigrette. The mac n cheese was good! The cookie was one of the best cookies I’ve EVER had. DANG. White and dark chocolate chips and some magic. I bought two and ate them both instead of sharing with my husband(oops). The sell the cookies and you can also buy the dough. I bought some dough(MUCH cheaper than buying baked cookies) and baked some for a co-worker’s birthday. They turned out just as delicious and everyone raved over them. I had some cookie dough left over and ate it raw. Another oops. But dang was it good!

This was my biggest Unilocal disappointment of 2015. I really wanted to like this place, it is very smartly designed on the inside of a nondescript strip mall. I got there half and hour before the café portion of the store closes, and was informed of this before I ordered, which I already knew and was ready to put my order in if someone helped me. I stood there for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged by either of the two women in there working, there were no customers. As someone who’s worked in the service industry I don’t care what you are doing or stocking, when a customer comes in they should be helped first because without them you would not be doing the stocking. I ordered a warm spinach salad and a half chicken salad sandwich(recommended) and was told to sit anywhere. Most of the tables didn’t have silverware so I sat at a 70s clear plastic molded chair, fine for someone with a small booty like me but probably uncomfortable to many. My food came to me in a plastic container so it was pretty clear to me that I was to go even though I had planned on eating there and never once asked for my food to go or was asked. I have no idea if the salad would have been better if it was actually eaten warm as intended but the bacon dressing was sickingly sweet. The sandwich was sweet also but in a good way. The turkey chili I got to go was much too thick, I had to add water to it, and tasteless in both my opinion and my dad’s. The red pepper bisque I had tasted like red peppers but nothing I would buy again. I would go here and try another sandwich or baked good but will not go out of my way for it, shame.

Everything my husband and I have gotten here has been exceptional! The ingredients are healthy and the food never seems as if it was ever frozen. Seriously. I have my freezer stocked!

Such a great addition to the neighborhood! They have delicious pre-made dinner options for the nights I’m feeling lazy but still want something that tastes homemade and nourish-ing ;) They would have five stars but their veggie options are a little lackluster. Still, great place to grab a pre made dinner for one or the whole family and they even have delicious appetizer options if you’re in need of something for a gathering. Here’s hoping they are around for a long time!

Nourish left a great first impression. Some of the best meatballs I’ve ever had. The market has a variety of healthy choices that can feed 3 people, and the staff is helpful and knowledgable. I’ll definitely be back.

They need more help!!! I went in at 1:00 for lunch and sat at the only empty table that had not yet been cleaned off. I waited for quite awhile but was never helped and the help seemed frazzled. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving because I didn’t see being waited on happening anytime too soon.

First time coming here and I was so impressed that I feel like a review is a must! I didn’t feel like cooking or making anything for lunch today since I am making pulled pork for supper and the whole house smells of pork currently. It’s a whole day affair and I felt like leaving and grabbing something quick. I remembered seeing this place while driving on Manchester Rd but I didn’t pay it much attention then. I checked Unilocal but unfortunately, this is a new-ish place and only has 2 reviews at the moment(both good but still… I had my doubts). So, I decided to take a chance and drove on over. When I first came in, the lady at the counter greeted me and welcomed me to Nourish and asked if I have been there before. I told her I haven’t and she grabbed 2 menus(one for the regular lunch menu and the other foe their market) and happily guided me to a table close to the wall. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and there were fresh flowers on every table. She explained to me what the market menu was and she left to get my drink. I ordered a glass of mango iced tea which was pretty good. Then for my lunch, I decided on a two-by-two chicken salad: lizy’s berry chicken salad and curried chicken salad on a bed of mixed greens tossed in their homemade orange-ancho vinaigrette. Their house dressing was good and the chicken salad were both delicious. All their salads come with wheat bun and butter but I substituted mine with crackers. After my meal, she graciously offered dessert but the salad filled me up so I ended up ordering some gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and an order of their black bean hummus with some plain pita chips to go. She bagged everything and brought them over to my table and put everything in my check. The service was fantastic and the food was terrific as well but I think the prices might be a little steep. My salad was $ 13 and mango tea was $ 2 and the salad wasn’t as big as I expected a $ 13 salad to be. Other than that, I really don’t have anything to complain about and even with the price, I still see myself coming back to try their other offerings. They have wine by the glass or by the bottle and some interesting dips and spreads which I would love to try one of these days. I can’t wait to come back!

Great new restaurant on Manchester. Very healthy options and a great place for a cozy date night. Highly recommend the Cabo Pulled pork: enchilada pulled pork, guacamole, Monterrey jack, tortilla strips, cilantro-lime aioli. Wowzers it was good. They also make plenty of to-go items that you can take out of their cooler! The staff was über-friendly — I will definitely be back for a date night with my wife.

Excited to have another great lunch option on Manchester. I had the berry chicken salad sandwich which comes with a carrot mint salad. I also had to try the butternut squash mac and cheese. Fantastic all around. The portion sizes were large enough that I had leftovers for later. Friendly service and a quiet patio to top it off.
