I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, but I will agree that they can be slow at times. I’ve brought 2 different cars here for tire installs(had them delivered from ) and alignment, with no issues whatsoever. I like that NTB offers 1, 3, and 5 year warranties on alignment, and you can go to any location nationwide for a free check and/or fix during that term. The pricing is cheaper than other chains. I’ve also had a car state inspected here and the wiper blades and light bulbs are not as overpriced as other shops. Sure you can go across the street for the parts you need and do it yourself, but at these prices it seems worth it to let them do it. Be sure to call for an appointment though, the online system is clunky and apparently doesn’t feed to the stores correctly all the time. Plus, when dealing with vehicles, it is good to talk to the service manager so they can offer the right advice and save you time and money.

This is an odd experience. I went online and registered and made an appointment for 4:30pm. No problems doing so, and got there with 10 minutes to spare. I was informed that appointments made online are not recognized because there may be other things going on at the store. I was told numerous times I would have a long wait. I probably should have left but I can’t keep driving around on a tire with a nail in it losing air every few days. Less than 15 minutes later my vehicle is in a bay being worked on. The staff working on the cars, great, the desk personnel, he could use some customer service training. Interesting day…

I used to take my jeep here for oil changes and to get my car looked at when i would have issues. I was expressing to the manager, Nick i believe his name is, about trading in my jeep and getting a newer car. My bf was with me and we were told that we could bring the used car i was thinking about getting in and they would look at it to ensure it was running smoothly, which was a very nice offer. I recently bought a used card, and had 3 days to return it. My bf and I stopped in at NTB and was told I would be charged $ 100 to have my car looked at. I voiced my concern about the price in the store, and was just told if I had an issue with my car they would look it, but because i do not have an issue it would be $ 100. I of course left and did not get my car looked by NTB. My bf also went to NTB to get his car looked at and spent about $ 600 getting it fixed. There were charges on the bill that could not be explained that totaled over $ 50. I won’t do business with a person or company that does not keep their word, and that take advantage of their consumers.
