I have been to this nail salon 3 times now. They have a mini fridge in the waiting area stocked with mini bottles of water. The wait time definitely depends on when you go. Showing up at 5:15pm on a Thursday night required a 20 minutes wait to get a seat at the pedicure tub, and another 20 minutes until a lady was available to start the pedicure. Seemed a bit long to wait.
The gel nails are quite good– I’ve had mine done without chipping or peeling going on 2 weeks now. No complaints.

Nail Experts is conveniently located at Loughborough and 55 in South City. In the past, the service wasn’t that great, but ownership has changed since my initial review. My recent experience was much better. The place is a little outdated, but the Nail Technicians do a good job. Not my first choice, but great option in a pinch.

Nail experts is a fantastic professional nail salon. I have had the opportunity of seeing most if not all the nail techs employed at Nail experts. All the nail techs have done an exceptional job, it is an art/​craft profession– anytime I have asked for a different shape or color based on their skill it was met with satisfaction. Not only is the business clean, professional but the nicest staff. I schedule every 2 weeks at any given time and am always greeted with a smile and walk away knowing I went to the Best, most skilled nail salon in STL! I recommend Dr. Nail (Paul) & Tracy for a flawless stiletto nail and designs!!!

Nail experts have made so many changes within the last 6 months for the better! I love the new pedicures they have, the new colors, and I love that they always offer u a bottle of water! The new employees are wonderful too! They are friendly, clean, and they do a great job! Just like the old employees! They are just amazing! nail experts!!!

After going out of state and visiting 4 nail salons none up to the standards as here. It is so nice to have a clean salon. Knowing they sterilize everything. You can see they are using clean dishes and clean towels! What a difference than the other places I’ve been. And the fact that they have several employees and several chairs and stations is also great. Plus the deluxe is such a nice treat with all the great smelling scrubs and lotions, I felt like a princess when it was all done with all the pampering. And it was only $ 35.

I am so glad I found this salon and my nail tech, Tracy. I’ve been seeing Tracy for years and would follow her anywhere because she is a top notch nail tech! The location is so convenient for me to go to right after work straight out hwy 55. The salon is neat and clean and service is fast and friendly. The owner, Paul is a super nice guy who always greets me with a big smile and goes out of his way to order anything I need. It’s quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service! I went on a busy Friday and they passed out waters and politely made sure all customers were taken care of. Every time I come is a pleasant experience. They truly care about their customers.

Only my second review ever. Been getting my nails done for 20 years and never a real complaint till I went here. I must’ve got the girl that digs too deep, she cut me bad, but it never did bleed. It was so sore. Finally 9 days and 2 epsom soaks later it exploded and bled all over. A full two weeks later, it finally doesn’t hurt anymore. Like I said, I’m not a complainer, but this was SCARY.
Plus, it took 2 ½ hours and they were rude and disinterested and all those other things we just learn to put up with.

I have been to this salon several times — and service has gotten worse over the past year. The technicians don’t seem to care much about the customers, the trimming/​exfoliation/​massage part of their pedicures is poor, and the price is high for what you get. I will no long be going to this nail salon since I can drive a few miles further for a pedicure that is well worth the price.

No frills, typical cheapy nail salon– 30 bucks for a mani/​spa-​chair pedi. I’ve been several times since it’s very close to where I live, and have been consistently happy. I never make reservations, and have had to wait in the past (sometimes they’ll call you over to a pedi chair and you sit and sit and sit and wait there with your feet soaking instead of sitting in the waiting area) but I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 20 minutes or so (between the time I’ve walked in and the time when they’re actually working on my feet.) I wouldn’t necessarily go out of your way to go here, but if you’re in the neighborhood, it’s a decent go-​to nail shop… a place for «maintence,» if you will, as opposed to a splurge.

This is your typical strip mall nail salon but I came here on a referral and it’s right off of 55 in the Schnucks/​Lowes center… so it’s VERY convenient for me.
My friend told me to ask for Tom, so I did and he let me make a reservation. Tom did a great job on my nails… I got white tips w/​pink… but no glaze… just buffed.
