We went to Morgenthaler’s with cushions for a lounge chair that required significant repair. They are technically excellent, having 100+ years of experience as a business. The final product is exactly what we wanted, and we are totally pleased. What impressed me most was how they corrected a mistake in the sizing of a cushion after an initial repair. Of course, people in all fields make mistakes, but how those mistakes get handled show character. Jeanne and her team asked us to bring the cushions back in along with the frame, and they took care of the re-​sizing in a professional and timely manner. The cushions are now as good as new.
