Lotus On Locust

Update: Club to open under name We Ho (West Hollywood) video gay bar. Hope it will be a popular place and also straight friendly as I would love to check it out!

Decent crowd… Good fun. Great DJ’s

Nice décor, great DJ/​music, personality free bartenders that are good — looking to hot.
We were 2 of four people at the bar and could not get a drink because they were texting and talking to each other behind the bar.
If you are not VIP, do not expect to sit, not that you would anyway since the music was great.

This is a impressive location.
The DJs & employees were both energetic & welcoming. The music was a wide range of dance songs (pop, techno & hip-​hop).
Decorative ceiling is silver with big chrome chandelier hanging down. Tufted black pLeather (play leather) high back bench seating is along all open walls surround a dance floor & bar. Geometric mirrors with black frames hang from white walls. Black wrought iron help separate the a semi private raised area in back. The black, silver & white scene only needs colored dancing lights to quickly change the mood of the otherwise… modern/​gothic (?) look.
Overall, I became a fan of the 1 room dance club or lounge. I could see this as great place to visit for an hour or two.
I am holding off a star because they are new & I am not sure of the long term format.
