Went in to get some help with my chemicals for my hot tub because my favorite place was closed. They were not helpful, semi rude and it seems like I was bothering them. This was not my first visit but it will be my last.

I had to get a new strainer housing for my pump and I decided to take my old one with me. Unfourtunately they did not have the one I needed in stock but they did put it on order for me. They were very helpful and nice. I’m glad I decided to give them a try!

Terrible experiences all 3 times visiting. Each time went looking for an item that the employees claimed to be on «the truck» around back but never offered to go get it off «the truck.» Once we even drove 20 minutes to get to the store to get a pressure gauge, that they said they had available, that was on «the truck out back» and turns out they couldn’t get for us — because it was on «the truck.» This place is the absolute worst place for customer service. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to not waste their time at this place. Terrible service + unhappy customer = no returned business (economics 101)

One of the place you go to and go doh! I have never reviewed them. The staff at Leslie’s has always been very helpful. They really try to solve any problem you may have with your pool. They also carry a huge selection of chemicals. I like to buy super size products from them as they will last me a 2 or 3 season. Everything from pool filters, to nuts and bolts that you need are in stock or they can get them for you on the next shipment. I have been using them for 30 years and have dealt with 30 different employees. They do change the staff often but their training for the new help is very consistent thus a consistent level of service.
